.The liner install was average, there are little things are not up to perfection which is why I paid more for them. Note it should not affect the longevity of the liner. You can see the corners were not pulled all the way up and there are black gaps the size of a quarter. If this was the only issue I would be fine with this job. The line replacement was fine however the mason work is awful. I had to have them come back 3 times and they did nothing but argue with me. The patch is not even close to the color of the deck. I know it will not be perfect but bright white that is smooth with trowel marks is a lot different than textured off white. It is horrible. My pool took too long to fill after the liner was installed so they never came back to open it. I called them 3 times before I did it myself. When I reluctanlty had them come back to close the pool for the cost of the opening (according to the brother of the ring leader Todd). He told me he would discuss with Todd and let me know. Than never happened. They took me to court for the closing costs. I can't believe the ego of these guys. Avoid at all costs if you don't want issues

I used them to close my pool last year and had an issue with the cover not being clipped on correctly. After three calls, they came back and fixed it. It was never on perfect but he said it was good. I used them to open my pool this year. They came here opened the cover and left it in my back yard and left a note (very hard to read) that said very little. I did read about having to put more water into the pool. I have had my pool opened for the last 5 years and never had anyone do this before. I called him three times and did not get any reply. I finally tried him from a different number and he answered. I was concerned but very curtious to him when I started to explain and question what I needed to do and was he coming back. In the process of me speaking, he told me to be quiet so he can talk. This was after 20 seconds of me explaining myself. I let him speak and he got very, very rude and short tempered. He said they did everything they were suppossed to. I told him that this was not true, nothing was tested, the polaris was not hooked up, the covers were not on the filters, the heater was not tested, along with the pool, along with a bunch of other complaints. He proceeded to tell me that is all he is respondible for and it was my fault because you have to be an idiot (yes, he called me an idiot) to not have the pool filled up. Again, in 5 years, the pool company filled it up the 6-8 inches, every year without a hitch. As I was begging him to tell me what I needed to do, he said F*ing drop dead, so I hung up. I am now contiplating calling the cops because I recorded this conversation. Do not deal with this company. They are not knowledgable, have no customer service, don't complete the job and make threats.

They seemed very personable, and they were recommended for me. We haven't had the work done yet, but they seem like the job will get done just fine.

I was very impressed with the two guys who installed the liner. I'm sure one of them was either an owner or manager of Atlantic Pool. I have dealt with other pool companies before that were extremely reputable and they were not as professional as Atlantic Pool. I never had to call them to come back and close the pool they called me and came back as soon as the pool was filled again. Would recommend to anyone.

I THINK THEY ARE VERY RELIABLE, PUNCTUAL, & DEFINITELY CHEAPER THAN ANYONE ELSE AROUND THIS AREA. I THINK THAT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB LIKE THEY ALWAYS DO. I HAVE USED THEM MANY TIMES & I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEIR WORK.
