During the quote period Mario was knowledgeable and provided a quote with options for rebates based on the high efficiency units selected. The Mitsubishi Ductless system have been working great for cooling and Iâ m sure the same will be for the winter with heating. Fallon and Mario, along with their team did a phenomenal job as quickly as possible. As they performed their tasks, the team was courteous, clean and provided communication updates along the way. It was a smooth experience.

The "Trane" AC that they installed for me is really good. I'm comparing with the old one that was swapped out, so maybe most new AC systems are equally good, as some others have told me, but anyhow I'm happy with the new AC. The crew that came to do the work are mostly very professional. One guy was kind of a goof though... I had some issues with electrical inspection as the new AC requires breaker and fuse to be 35amp max. In the end I had to have the whole breaker panel replaced, and replaced the fuses myself. I would like to have known this ahead of time, but Mario was in touch the whole time to give advises. I think they do the best within their capabilities, and I respect that.

After I posted my initial reviews, the owners of Air Temp Service Co. (Mario and Lori) reached out to me, and wanted to make it right. They are a family owned business, and proud of the work they do.We talked about the issues with our interactions with their company. After some additional research, I agree that the Nest Thermostat does need a common wire, and its beneficial that we had it installed. The other issues were due to the technician that was working with us at that time. That technician was removed from the company a few weeks after the work at my house was complete. The technician was responsible for the up charge on service, and pushing us to replace the CPU for our central AC (this should have been communicated as being the worst case scenario instead of the first step to fix the issue).The outside unit which was the main job I contracted Air Temp Service Co. for was installed cleanly and quickly. It was good work. They have also removed the technician who caused my family so much grief. I would say if you are a potential new customer they are worth giving a shot. They will take care of the job, and if you do have an issue they will make it right.

Mario was very professional and knowledgeable. He always answered any questions I had promptly and thoroughly. I had questions about sizing and seer rating for the unit and he let me know which one would best fit my situation. The crew always cleaned up after themselves and left the place like they came. They installed a new air handler and compressor in 1 day and came back to add an attic fan.

Mario's team was efficient and thorough. Pricing was reasonable. Mario was accessible and professional. Back office was pleasant to deal with.

Working with Mario was very easy and stress free. Any questions or concerns I had, he was eager to answer and or solve. The Trane system (installed 4 weeks ago, 96% Furnace and 18 SEER AC) has been working VERY WELL and so far I could not be happier. Install took two days which was expected, clean up could have been a little better but that comes with every person that comes into your house. Overall I would absolutely recommend Air Temp and Mario to anyone in need of any type of HVAC work. Very Pleased.

I hired Air Temp for my central A/C replacement. Mario came out right a way gave me a fair price and had the unit installed a day before the of 4th July!! Excellent job! Workmanship was first rate and they cleaned up after themselves. I highly recommend Air Temp! I also support local family owned and operated businesses like Mario's Keep up the excellent work!

The installers were courteous, efficient, clean and professional in most regards. The entire project took approximately 1 1/2 days to complete. The cost was reasonable. Quality of Work is very good, Customer Service is Excellent and value for the money is good. I would recommend them with the proviso that the homeowner makes sure to obtain the necessary permits through the contractor.

We couldn't be happier with the service and product we received from this company! Mario was extremely helpful in advising us on what type of system would work best based on our needs, home, and resources; he was flexible and went above and beyond to help answer the many, many (MANY) questions we had. His team was very concientious and worked with us every step of the way. We now have a reliable, efficient, and even baseboard heating system and we're thrilled with the result! The furnace in my rental property stopped working a week ago. Hired a contractor thru homeadvisor to take a look. Was told cracked heat exchanger and system needed replacing along with the outside AC unit. Got a quote from the contractor but decided to use homeadvisor again for more estimates. Air Temp came in with the most reasonable price. They replaced both furnace and AC unit in one afternoon. Tenant was really happy. I haven't checked AC yet. Would recommend nevertheless. They don't play game on estimate. They were very clean and professional. Great guys.

These guys are great! My wife recently inherited the family home, which we moved into during the summer. We had no idea the furnace was not working until it got really cold a few weeks ago. Since we have 2 small children we needed the work done fast and by someone we felt we could trust. Mario and his crew gave us a very fair quote, got started almost immediately, and went above and beyond on the work they did. In fact, my wife and I are so happy with the quality of their service that we already have them doing work on some of our businesses and rental properties. Highly recommended!

He came over to look at my home and gave me a price the same and 2 working days later he installed the unit.

These guys are amazing. They show up on time, work extremely quickly and the AC works like a charm. They even were able to put in a few extra ducts that we thought would be impossible. Reliable, and honest. Good guys.

Summary-Hire Air Temp & Mario Now. Detail- After getting quotes from 5 different contractors, with prices ranging from 9k-26k I found Air Temp with help of the reviews from Home Advisor. We had a very old two unit system with decaying ductwork and during the initial consultation Mario (owner) outlined the most logical solution for our cooling needs. His price was very fair for the material and work involved. He started the job when he said he would and finished on time.
