Excellent service, Elton was the only one who actually went up on my roof and inspected everything before giving me an estimate. The rest of the crew were very respectable and polite and did a great job.

Update: Owner contacted me and assured me that these workers no longer worked for him. The workers were slow and very sloppy. One of the 2 workers was on his cell phone most of the time. Took 2 days to complete work (trimming out windows). Even after mentioning the shards of metal they left all over my back yard that I had to clean up so that my dogs wouldn't get hurt, the workers left more metal and garbage the end of day and second day (including an ice cream wrapper I saw the worker drop on the ground on my porch). I had to call the owner back to caulk a large picture window that was leaking during the first rain. Note to owner: you were great, but get more reliable workers!!

They were on time, professional and pleasant to deal with. I won't know if job was well done until it rains. I'm sure they fixed the chimney leak but I cannot comment on this until its tested. The price could have been lower especially for the cleaning. They used a shop vac and took less then 5 minutes. However, if the job was done well on the leak, then it was worth the money. I do appreciate the fast service and good customer service.

I had a few issues with the installation--not wrong, but not exactly what I wanted. When informed, the response was excellent. An installation team arrived and not only corrected what I wanted, but improved the overall installation. They did excellent work, beyond what I asked.

Elton is fantastic! Responsive, helpful, and exactly what you want. You should hire him right now!! He personally came over to ensure the work was done correctly, and put a lot of effort into getting all of the gutters completely unclogged.
