+ -1 moreSal (the owner) and the installation crew installed the Mitsubishi system with a great deal of confidence and focus on quality. ?It is clear that everybody involved is properly trained and and believes the Mitsubishi system is a good product. ?They are diamond certified by Mitsubishi so you get a better warranty because Mitsubishi trusts they will install it properly. ?The installation crew had the patience to address my concerns. ?Sal is fair and honest. ?I am happy that we hired A-MAR!
Description of Work: Installed 2 zone Mitsubishi ductless system. (2 outdoor units/ 5 indoor units) over a 3 day period.

+ -1 moreIt went great. My husband got the number of the company and left a message about the problem. The Technician called back promptly and was at our house within a little more than an hour. He introduced himself (Adam V. ? ) and was very professional and friendly. He listened to our description of the problem and went to work. Since our heating system hasn't had routine maintenance in awhile, we were pretty sure that we'd be told that we needed a new igniter or or other part. However, he said that he thought that it was just dirty and he cleaned the flame sensor and burner. The price was excellent. He made sure that it was working while he was still here. It was only yesterday, so it's probably too soon to say that it's completely fixed --- but so far, it's been perfect. It sounds totally different than it did before; as soon as we hear the "click" that the thermostat has triggered, we can hear the heater come on. This was a small job, but based on our experience, we would definitely try them again -- and will probably schedule a routine maintenance for both the AC and heating systems.
Description of Work: We have been having trouble with our heating system coming on when the temperature on the thermostat triggers it ti do so. It was very sporadic -- sometimes it came on and sometimes it didn't. Finally, with the recent extreme drop in the weather temperature, we needed to deal with it. We were dismayed because we made this decision on a holiday weekend (Saturday) and thought that we'd either not be able to get someone to come out or we would pay a premium. But we had no choice. We turned to a plumber that we had originally found on Angie's List, but he told us that he doesn't do heating systems. He recommended A Mar as a company that he has used numerous times. A Technician came out - quickly diagnosed the problem. He cleaned the flame sensor and burners. Waited to make sure the the heating system cycled several times appropriately.
