Needed to have well expert come out and fix

Everything was fine. The service was fine. I know the rep personally. The neighbor have used them in the past. I don't think they're known for being inexpensive.

Technically, James was able to quickly determine the problem and get AC unit operational. In addition, he checked the entire system for full functionality, replace needed filters and any other pertinent components. Upon his departure, the elderly individual whose AC unit was repaired felt confident the unit was functioning properly and that the service personnel would return if it stopped working. This is the 3rd time I have used Bob Rath Pand H and feel confident to recommend their services.

I was concerned about losing power and no ability to pump the water from my basement. I called Bob Rath Plumbing and they found a pump for me. The technician came out and took care of installing a water fed backup pump. The job was cleaned up after pump works beautifully thanks Tim for the nice job!

. Though the worker was unaware of the sale that was available to be purchased or what it had included, he went straight to work. The work was done neatly and without any side talk about the job needing extra added stuff to bulk up the price further. After examining the Angie's Coupon, the worker seemed a bit flustered but figured it out. He did seem to charge a little more than the coupon but for the work he did the price was almost two hundred dollars less than another quote I had received. An overall positive experience.

It was the first time I had used them. They were a little behind schedule, but otherwise it went well. They were prompt, courteous and professional.

The work was fine, but I might look for someone cheaper next time due to our very tight budget.

I've been very happy with their services, especially with their pricing. They have standard prices, so they're not making them up. The technician has a price list that has the prices listed according to which service is done. They've always arrive on time and as scheduled. Their work has been good!

The experience went horribly overall. He didn't do the work that was contracted, told me that I was misinformed, yet I had his written receipts. He finally apologized, but I never used his services again.

Everything went fine overall. They were very good to work with.

Generally, I was pleased with their work. There was one job where they were supposed to fix a problem with the plumbing in my bathroom. One thing lead to another, and they ended up hitting a pipe which created a leak in my kitchen. They did fix it, but I had to pay for the repairs. Overall, it's been an okay experience.

They were respectful and showed up on time, but their estimate was about double than what we ended up spending on the job. They were going to piece the pipes together rather than replace them, so we ended up going with another plumber.

Overall, the experience was good. If I need work done like that again, I would call him back.

Service was good. We learned later that he was one of the most expensive plumbers in the area. His assistant did much of the work.

Bob arrived and told us what needed to be done and gave us a price. He performed the work and was in and out in less than a hour.

Overall, everything went great. Bob really saved the day when our furnace died on New Years Day 2002 one year, and then a year (to the day) later when our water heater died. He came out on the holiday and got us up and running in no time. Same with the various leaks - He shows up when he says he will, and takes care of the problem without hassle. What more do you need? He is also a professional and likeable guy. The only issue I have with Bob Rath Plumbing is that he has significantly higher prices than the competition. Now for important stuff that absolutely needs to be done quickly and correctly, I can justify the higher prices because he is a great plumber who will do the job, but for the smaller jobs, I have been using other plumbers who don't charge quite so much. I guess its like trying to hire a heart specialist to take care of the common cold...

The price was little high; but then again there was an enormous by call. It was kind like a one of those mergers typing; we hear something about the company and take it right away. The price was competitive. He was very punctual. He was very good and professional. Everything was pretty excellent and everything went fine. I will call him again.

Kudos to the tech named Tim who literally went out on a roof to secure the venting needed! Couldn't ask for a better company.. What's the phrase.. Cry once? My bathroom is beautiful!!
