Washington Flooring installed both hardwood and carpeting in multiple rooms in my house and the results were perfection. These guys are true Professionals. We recently installed hardwood in 2 bedrooms, and refinished our entire living room. From the quote process Cody was extremely helpful in walking us thru all of the options of materials, stain types and finishing Poly. They started install Wednesday morning and we could walk on the floors Saturday afternoon. It’s a big project and is a disruption to everyday life, so it was nice to have a company that made the entire process painless. The floors came out incredible, and Cody even sent me a link for specific furniture pads that will protect the new floors. There are a few flooring companies in Hunterdon and Somerset county which makes bidding the project tricky, but I absolutely recommend Washington Flooring for their professional service !

The service from these guys is fantastic. They came to our home with samples and we were able to do the shopping right there in the room where we'd be putting the flooring. The gentleman was extremely knowledgeable and had a ton of budget friendly ideas for how to deal with our uneven concrete sub-floors. We were able to go through all of our options and SEE how the options would look right there with the cabinets and the countertops for our kitchen and with our brick fireplace in the living room. We're moving this year and there is no question in my mind who is going to do our flooring for us. I will never ever ever go big box store again. They could never compare to the level of knowledge and service we received.

Was told appointment time was 8 and he showed at 845. I asked him to hold on a moment as my wife was feeding our child. He became disgruntled after a 2 minute wait. He came in, measured the floors and said I'll send you a quote and left in a hurry, driving off rather quickly. That was about a month ago.
