Description of Work: They replace my roof.

Description of Work: These guys do it all. Milton the owner, is a trustworthy person, I was very happy with his professionalism and the results. First I had them initially put on a new roof, but 1 1/3 of the way through I realized the color was an older discontinued color and not the newer one I had picked out. Hard to say who's fault it was since Owens Corning kept the same name 'Teak' for an older discontinued color and a newer more dimensional looking color roof. In the end, the color ended up being acceptable, I'm happy with it, I wasn't about to make them rip off the roof they had started, if. it was entirely the wrong color then I surely would have. From there things went a lot smoother, they then installed doors and windows I supplied, they removed old shakes from the sides of my home, installed insulation, then installed new siding and shakes with some Azek trim. They even finished my framed out shed and put a roof on that and matching siding to match the house. They had no problem with changes I made along the way which should've added to the cost of the whole job. They're very good at what they do and work very fast. I recommend keeping an eye on them from time to time if you're ultra particular like I am and want certain things done a particular way, some of the workers may try and cut a few corners to save time. They have one exceptional employee who has more skills than the rest of the crew who stood out to me, he usually does all the fine detail work but can do everything just as efficiently. The cost for everything was VERY reasonable (literally half of the other estimates received) considering the amount of work I was having done. My only gripe was with the new gutters. They apparently don't do gutters themselves but contract the work out to two different businesses. I was told one was slightly superior to the other and after numerous failed returned phone calls I ended up getting the lesser of the two gutter companies, and that worried me. The owner of this gutter company seemed a bit rude, the job didn't come out as well as I had hoped, they work way too fast, they slapped the gutters on my house in less than 1 1/2 hours. I had to request they change the way they routed some of the downspouts. In fact I will have to re route two downspouts that they positioned right in the middle of the side of the garage, instead of routing them right along the supercorner trim for a cleaner look. Being it was the gutter company's fault I will overlook this one issue I had, I would NEVER use that gutter company on my own, that's for sure. I HIGHLY recommend TNC Home Improvement to anyone. They just need to drop that gutter contactor they use. For a new roof, siding, gutters, completing my custom shed, and installing doors and windows, the price couldn't be beat. I chose some high end quality materials too, Azek isn't cheap either. I'm having TNC come back in the spring to redo my decking and won't hesitate to use them for any other work I need done.
