+ 2 moreAfter reading some of the other reviews that were negative it's hard to believe that this is the same company. Not only is their staff courteous and professional the owner is super knowledgeable and a multi generational tree expert. They identified issues that no one else thought of and gave me a comprehensive program to help bring my landscape back. It was truly a mess. I highly recommend this company and we have been using them since 2011.

I’ve use many other companies in the past and seen the Representative state one thing and have a bunch of inexperienced people perform work. Not at Plant Solutions there crews are very knowledgeable and courteous. Highly recommend.

+ 1 moreHorrible customer service and dishonest. Owner keeps your money even when services are not performed. I used this company for a few years and after many plants and trees died, and my lawn started to look worse than ever, I decided not renew my contract for 2019. In 2018, there were three services that the company did not perform pursuant to our contract. In the 2019 contract there were credits for these services. When I told the owner that I would not be renewing, he refused to return all of the money I paid for those services that were not performed which was over $950.

+ -1 moreWe had success with Plant Solutions for the first two years we used them for organic lawn treatment services. After the third year, half of our backyard died, mostly due to the harsh drout conditions that summer. After surveying the situation, they indicated the entire back lawn would need to be reseeded. When asked for an estimate, they never responded. They simply dropped communication and didn't bother sending us a contract for services the following year. So be warned, if your lawn shows any signs of problems, they might just disappear on you. Overall, my lawn is in worse shape than it was 3 years ago. Very disappointing customer experience in the end.

+ -1 moreTHEY WERE A NO-SHOW. I received no phone call or received anyone to the appointment. It is most frustrating when service providers do this sort of thing and I really couldn't give them another opportunity.
Description of Work: We made an introductory appointment for treatment for our 4 Dogwood trees in our backyard. The trees had a poor flowering this spring and are dropping leaves and they do not look particularly healthy. The telephone person who made the appointment was very nice and confirmed the appointment. They were to come out, assess the problem and provide a quotation for services.
