Great work repairing damaged drywall, painting and putting new new floors on a further basement remodel. I have used these guys twice now and each time you are getting a good price and end result to the job. Definitely recommend hiring them if you have home remodel or repair needs.

Nicopal did great work. We had a finished basement in the home we moved into but it was very outdated. Good pricing and listened to what our end goals were. There were some communication issues along the way but that's going to happen with anyone, the important thing is that without argument or hostility they always made sure to get the job done in the way the customer wanted. Customer satisfaction is clearly very important to them. End of the day, quality work and I would 100 percent use them for future projects and recommend to friends and family to use. Solid 4.5 out of 5 stars (and only not 5/5 because that is reserved in my mind for when everything is 100 percent perfect all all times, which I believe is not a possible standard).

The team did a wonderful job building our new screened in porch. They made suggestions along the way that really improved the look and maintainability of the porch.

I will really start to say is the best experience I ever see, Vincent went above and beyond to get the best quality and what ever we need done, job finish before the time we agreed to and he was available anytime even Sunday I call him answering all my questions and concern I have, and he is not cheap in quality he got me the best cabinet and flooring I will highly recommend and his construction manger Roy and his team was always on time and really professional they clean after they finish so never felt like construction in the house very nice people to work with I recommend them all day long

I only needed an estimate for a roof repair, it was a fair estimate and Vincent was a professional. I had to go with a metal roof however for insurance purposes.

Great! The workmen were on time every day for a week and cleaned up after work like they weren't there. A truly great experience. I wish I had more work for them to do. My salesman was there every day to make sure I was satisfied with their work.

Nick's workers are dedicated to making the job perfect. Their work is perfect and professional, and they pay attention to every detail. Leaving no stone unturned, they completed the work as scheduled and cleaned up accordingly. Paving and stone work on patio looks beautiful, and masonry work on front stairs and walkway is spectacular!

It was a horrible experience... pipes are leaking nothing was finished he sent me two different crews and both crews complained he wasn’t paying them... they did minima work... completely botched my job.... it was a terrible experience. This guy is a con man, smile in your face and stab you in the back. He doesn’t deserve to be in the business of construction. He promises you the world and doesn’t deliver. Also read your contract thoroughly with him, when broken down it says plainly as long as he does most of the job he doesn’t have to finish. He’s a crook and he’s out to take advantage of people. If Nicopal consultants call you don’t answer. If he comes knocking on your door, don’t answer....run from this guy.

I hired Nicopal Construction to demo and gut my finished basement. It was a horrible dirty job, so I had a very hard time finding a company that would take the job without re-finishing the basement when complete. Vincent, the very friendly owner, came by and provided an estimate. He understood that I wanted to move quickly, so he scheduled the job the following week. I really appreciated his urgency in moving on the project. First day John and Vincent came out to begin work. Don’t let John’s youthful appearance fool you. This young man is a total workhorse! He has the work ethic of a Depression era coal miner. He enjoys hard work, and, just as important, does excellent work. With any project we hit some snags, but Vincent and John were always keeping me updated. In the end; the job was completed and I am extremely satisfied with the end result. Again, special thank you to John. He really did a great job. As with any project, there is a level of stress. I have to say, Vincent was awesome to work with during the whole process. Here’s an example, after work was complete and final payment was made, there was some additional work that was missed (this was my fault and not Nicopal’s). Vincent stayed in communication with me and came back out to complete the work! I have never experienced that level of service from a contractor. Usually once they get their final payment you never see them again. This is not the case with Nicopal Construction. Thank you, Vince! You truly are a man of your word. I would highly recommend Nicopal Construction for any project. We have a few more projects in mind in the future and will be reaching out again. Thank you again guys! I appreciate the hard work.

At 2 days beyond contract Nicopal was still 5 days from completion. The last day the subs were in my home, they were there to rip out the listello that they had improperly grouted. They were supposed to return that same day to install the replacement tile that I purchased, but they never showed up. The next day, after waiting until 8 AM for them to show up, I decided that I needed a break. The subs had been in my home EVERY DAY for the last 3 weeks, and my family needed a break. I had a licensed contractor in my home today for an estimate to correct and complete the job and his expert eye saw deficiencies that my novice eye did not. He pointed out that my shower wall is buckled and the shower wall edges are not straight. Prior to completing the job, he has to first rebuild the wall, rip out the exterior tile and replace that, then re-grout everything. He then has to rip out the sub-straight before he can install the replacement listello. He has to re-wire my electrical because he couldn't figure out what Nicopal's sub did with my wiring. And we're not even going to discuss the bathroom floor not being level. All together it's going to cost me more than the alleged $2500 savings. In the audio recording I have of Vincent when he was last in my home, he acknowledged the flaws and issues caused by the subs in private. A good person acknowledges their wrong in public and private.

Vince and his crew completed everything swiftly and professionally, including cleanup and carting away of waste. Vince impressed us as an honest and honorable man. all charges were reasonable and fully explained. Everything was better than excellent!

Vincent is a True Man of Integrity in the realm of Business. We were not sure and ready for an agreement to start project and entered a contract without really thinking of it and it was our fault. However, the next day I contacted Vincent and he understood although we legally signed a contract He was so understanding and considerate and very professional the entire time, He ripped up voided our check showed picture of the Void Check as proof. As soon as we are ready to move forward we will definitely be privileged to utilize Nicopal Construction for our multiple home projects. We were very pleased with the professional service and expertise we got from Vince at Nicopal Consultants. From the initial estimate to the completion of the project, all the details important to us were handled and taken care of quickly and completely. The crew did an amazing job and worked hard to complete the roof quickly. They were professional and respectful of our property as well. We would highly recommend Nicopal and will use them again for other projects.

From the initial phone call with Vincent we were handled very professionally. He was very patient with my wife who can be very difficult picking out tiles and faucets and he was knowledgeable in guiding her to the right choices. They were very neat and organized and they were in and out in a week. The bathroom is AMAZING.
