I was quite pleased with the design, quality of the materials and workmanship of the railings that were installed over my steps. The same can be said for the extension of my roof over the entranceway to the front of my home. Also, although I did not object or complain, Fred called me to as if I approved of the work. I said that I did. He said he was not happy with way the two skylights were installed and would have the installer return and make some changes for a more finished look. He was right, the changes did improve the appearance of the job. As stated, I was delighted with the job with also included the extension of a gutter with a downspout to a drain. That is, until I had a new rood installed and the installer replaced the existing gutter with the extension installed by Silver Penn. The gutter now looks very professionally installed: the down spout is mounted to the house and flow directed to the drain through and el. It now looks like it was integrated into the design of the house instead of a DYI add on.

My experience with Steel Penn has been top notch from the start. I had 3 bathrooms remodeled. I was very indecisive and they were very patient with me. Steel Penn is a professional and trustworthy company in my opinion. The guys worked very hard to make sure everything came out to my liking. The customer services was great and the follow up calls to make sure I was happy with the outcome was greatly appreciated!! When a small issue came up (no fault of theirs), they were very quick to rectify it and I could not be more pleased with this company and my beautiful bathrooms!

Hiring Steel Penn to remove our old garage door and install our new garage doors was one of the best experiences I have had with a contractor. They quickly responded to my request, quickly scheduled a visit to our house to provide the quote, and followed up with a quote in a very timely manner. The guys from Steel Penn were both professional and considerate. Their price was reasonable. We have 3 Labradors and they worked hard to finish in a timely manner so we could let out our dogs through the back door. Steel Penn is top notch! Their quote came in just a little lower than two other builders for a porch on my 1888 home and I am so glad I chose them. The Owner came to my home and discussed my needs and ideas, and had options to offer me. His architect was there the following day to measure and draw up plans. Once all approvals were granted, these guys were ready to roll! The main office was in constant contact with me the entire project, and the expert workers on the job were friendly, neat, and efficient. I can't stress enough how they paid attention to the smallest detail, even taking time to mix paint that matched my very old siding to detail the sides of my porch roof. They are that good. My neighbors are astounded, telling me that is the porch the house has been crying out for, and that it looks like it had always been there. Steel Penn completed a variety of projects for me, including replacing all interior doors, repairing "cracks and nail pops" and painting the ceiling of my great room, and finally rebuilt, cleaned and stained my deck, bringing it up to current building codes. Fred and his team were always friendly, hard working and professional. All of the projects were done efficiently and to my satisfaction.
