The workers treated our 30 year old shed repair with as much attention to detail as any indoor remodel we have ever had. The building looks close to new. The whole Steel Penn experience was outstanding. We will definitely be repeat customers!

I was appreciative of the fast service. One phone call and Fred came out to give me a estimate. Working with his office manager to schedule was quick and easy. Very professional workers Fred came back to check to make sure your happy with the worker the did.

Fred and his team were an absolute pleasure to work with. We had multiple projects including a new deck, major repairs to the front porch, and cleaning and sealing the basement floor. They exceeded our expectations with all of these projects. The communication between Fred/Amber and us was tremendous. We will certainly use them again when our next home improvement project comes along.

Steel Penn is a very reliable company in the sense they do what they say they are going to do. Their communication with us was excellent. You always know where you are in the process of the project. They took also care of filing the permits on a timely fashion (trust me, not all contractors do it) . The work was done on a timely fashion; the quality of the work was very good. They even did the extra miles when I ask for an additional railing to fit the hands of children. They say they will do it and sure enough, it was done to my full satisfaction. I would highly recommend working with them as you can be sure that the work will be done, according to the spec's , on the budget and on a timely fashion. It is the fourth time I do business with them and again, it is always a pleasure to deal with them.

I was appreciative of the courteous and professional manner in which my project was handled from the estimate through the final work. Both Fred and Amber were nice to work with as well as the crew who did the deck work which was completed in a timely fashion with good results.

Fred was patient with us as we had to get estimates on three homes before we were able to purchase one. We requested estimates on both roof and porch railing on the home we purchased. Due to budget restrictions, we were able to only replace the roof. However, Fred worked with us to install a porch railing so that the steps would be safe for climbing. Fred and Amber provided an excellent customer service experience. Amber communicated with us in a very professional manner. Fred followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The crew was very respectful of us and our property, taking the time to clean up as they did they work. We were moving into our home the day the crew began work on the roof. Three of the crew members helped us unload the moving truck. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. In no time, we had a new roof. We highly recommend Fred and Steel Penn to anyone!

The crew that did the work was courteous and knew exactly what work needed to be done. They were fast and skillful, and neat!

I have never experienced customer service like with Steel Penn. Fred and Amber responded 7 days a week to any questions or concerns we had. They provided multiple quotes for different decking options and were willing to work with us to find a solution within our budget. Our deck looks like new!

The workers at Steel Penn were hard working and kind. They cleaned up everyday and left no material laying around. We also broke a pipe while they were here and they went out of their way to fix it. that was the fourth time we used them and will use them again and again.

The crew was very respectful of my property the quality of their work was above my expectations and was done in a timely manner when they were finished with the project they cleaned up and you never knew they were there I highly recommend this company to everyone for large or small jobs
