I was appreciative of the courteous and professional manner in which my project was handled from the estimate through the final work. Both Fred and Amber were nice to work with as well as the crew who did the deck work which was completed in a timely fashion with good results.

They were very professional, on time, did what they promised and got back to me right away with any questions I had.

They were very diligent and found a couple of other things that needed to be done, and did them at no charge. Amber and Fred were both very courteous in getting the estimate and setting the appointment.

Everything worked out excellent and were timely and professional. I was very Impressed.

Fred was patient with us as we had to get estimates on three homes before we were able to purchase one. We requested estimates on both roof and porch railing on the home we purchased. Due to budget restrictions, we were able to only replace the roof. However, Fred worked with us to install a porch railing so that the steps would be safe for climbing. Fred and Amber provided an excellent customer service experience. Amber communicated with us in a very professional manner. Fred followed up with us to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. The crew was very respectful of us and our property, taking the time to clean up as they did they work. We were moving into our home the day the crew began work on the roof. Three of the crew members helped us unload the moving truck. They were efficient and knew what they were doing. In no time, we had a new roof. We highly recommend Fred and Steel Penn to anyone!

The crew that did the work was courteous and knew exactly what work needed to be done. They were fast and skillful, and neat!

The workers at Steel Penn were hard working and kind. They cleaned up everyday and left no material laying around. We also broke a pipe while they were here and they went out of their way to fix it. that was the fourth time we used them and will use them again and again.

The deck needed to be repaired. Fred gave us an estimate and scheduled the repair. They were there on time to do the work. The work was done quickly. It looks like new. We are very pleased. The office was wonderful as they kept in touch with us regarding scheduling, making sure everything was going well, etc. . We were so pleased we hired them for another job. Removed old dock and built new one. power washed and stained two decks. Work was completed in two days and result is beautiful.
