Steel Penn

This is the 2nd project in which I have worked with Steel Penn. Frederick and his crew painted my dining room and also built and installed a new gate for my patio. As always, they were on time, courteous and did a good job. I will definitely use them again on future projects and I highly suggest that you consider working with Steel Penn on any projects you may be looking into having done. They will not disappoint you.

He was very responsive to us and that goes a long way to keeping me satisfied with a contractor. It was a pleasure to work with and will use him again.

We had a walk-in stall shower that needed replacing and also wanted a new shower door door. My wife did not want the usual sliding doors, but wanted one that opened like a regular door. I had a 60 year old redwood deck removed and replaced as well as 2 other smaller carpentry jobs. The work was done at a remote, vacant summer home. Fred was great, constantly updating me on the progress of the job. It was started and completed in the time he laid out and I was pleased with the workmanship. They left the site cleaner than when they arrived. I would consider Steel Penn again for other projects I may have.

I hired Steel Penn to remove an enclosed porch from the side of my home. The owner Fred, and his crew, did a wonderful job. I am so glad I hired Steel Penn to repair my front porch. Its staff is totally professional and they made my porch to look amazing. We had an old deck structure that we wanted to save, expand and reconfigure to place new composite decking over. Not only were the crew responsive to our questions and feedback, they were personable and hard-working. We highly recommend this company, and will continue to use them for future needs.

My deck was power washed and stained and some boards replaced in two days! I could not believe it! A very very nice job and such great people to deal with. They did more than I expected at a very reasonable price. Highly recommend the crew.

The owner, Fred, came out to inspect the job. His price was better than all the others received. He sent Travis to do the work within 48 hours. Travis was great, his work was excellent and his personality was likeable and friendly. Really a professional effort all the way around. After thre job, Fred contacted us to make sure all was well. It seemed like minutes after being on Home Advisor, Fred White called me to set up an appointment for an estimate. Fred did not try to talk me into anything more than what I requested: power wash, handrail replacement and sealing of my deck. The work was scheduled for mutually convenient times and Fred came everyday to check the work and touch bases with me. I always knew he was a phone call away if needed. I will be calling him in the future for more work. Great work & company.
