This contractor was excellent in every aspect of our relationship. They were certainly very professional in dealing with us, they are knowledgeable in all aspects of completing the job, and provided great customer service. They provided estimates for two different options complete with pros and cons for each to aid us in our decision regarding exactly what we wanted done. I am very well pleased with everything.

Mr. White was a real gentleman, very professional and highly organized. He did a high end clean job. He really went the extra mile and out of the goodness of his heart he really helped the family of an injured United States Marine.

They were very easy to work with, their customer service was great, they had to come back and do touch ups with the railing that's why I rated them a 4 for quality but they came back to fix it, they were very clean every time work was performed. From the moment I spoke to Frederick at Steel Penn, he made sure I was aware of every step that would be taken in clearing and correcting the cause of the leak I had on two sides of my roof. They went above and beyond what I expected out of the work on such a cold and miserable day. While I appreciate Home Advisor, I won't need to use it again for roof work. I will call Steel Penn directly.

They were very easy to deal with and they came out when the promised to be here. When the cement supplier was late, they accommodated their schedule at no extra charge. They did some extra clean up after the job. It was a great experience overall

This is the third time I have used Frederick and his company Steel Penn for various projects. Too bad Home Advisor only has only a 5 STAR rating system. This is a 10 STAR company. This man strives to earn your approval with every job he does. This man will not disappoint you. He knows what he is doing and he accomplishes every job with dedication and professionalism. He has always given me MORE than my moneys worth.

Steep Penn was professional and arrived as scheduled. However I did not hire at this time as I had another more pressing situation to address. I plan to contact this company in the future.

Steel Penn was excellent to deal with. They were always in constant communication and they never started work without us knowing exactly what was going to happen and how much it was going to cost us. Once they gave an estimate they stuck by it. Their work was great (and fast) and their crew was fantastic. I would highly recommend them and we plan on using them again for other projects.

I was overwhelmingly happy with their work. They came exactly when they said they would and they were fast to get back with the estimate. It was to do exterior carpentry repair work from some water damage, so we had no idea the exact extent of the repair until they opened up the siding. Nevertheless it looked worse than it was and they explained everything that needed to be done and showed me. They were able to do it exactly what the estimate was and they were done ahead of time too! I was very happy with them, the work totally professional and they always cleaned up their mess each day. I would highly recommend them!

The work was outstanding! The contractors were clean, friendly, and willing to please! they showed up on time, and finished the job as scheduled.The owner kept in constant contact to make sure things where going as planned.

Owner, Office Manager, and painter were all very, very nice and polite. The painting came out great, and the owner was very diligent about making sure project was meeting our expectations, which it did. Very honest and customer service oriented.

Prompt and courteous both for the initial estimate and then also for the work. We had attic stairs replaced with a different size opening required and the work was done to the specs and the new stairs work great! Contractor also had some ideas that were quite helpful in placement decision. We would definitely use again, and also plan to recommend to friends and family! A+++
