It seemed like minutes after being on Home Advisor, Fred White called me to set up an appointment for an estimate. Fred did not try to talk me into anything more than what I requested: power wash, handrail replacement and sealing of my deck. The work was scheduled for mutually convenient times and Fred came everyday to check the work and touch bases with me. I always knew he was a phone call away if needed. I will be calling him in the future for more work. Great work & company.

They came when they said they would and they were very nice to work with. They also worked with us on the pricing of the deck so we could get what we wanted at a reasonable price. The deck came out beautiful and I love it. I would recommend them to other people.

I was very happy with the job!!! We needed our outdoor playground/swing set secured to the ground. I thought that we would need concrete footings. Fred, the owner, came to give me a free estimate and told me that it was not that complicated. He saved me a ton of money by explaining a simple solution. He was also on top of communicating as to when the job would be completed. It rained the entire week that we had planned so it was difficult to schedule. He also called me after the job was finished to see if I was happy. I would definitely recommend them and would hire them again!!!

Sterling Horizon Steel Penn spent 7 hours on my roof removing ice and snow. I was so pleased I hired them for 3 more jobs. They repaired my deck and built a new staircase and gate. They replaced a wall in my living room that was damaged from ice damming. They left my house cleaner than before the job started. Lastly, they replaced a vented soffit also damaged from the severe winter. The job was completed expertly in one day. This group is the most dependable contractor I have ever hired. Their fees are very reasonable and the quality of work is outstanding. The owner Fred was very understating of my delays with getting approval from my association. I actually cancelled the job, then decided to go ahead with the work. Fred was patient and communicated with me throughout the whole process. His men also installed a window for me. Everything was well done and everyone was kind and professional. My fiance has done the same type of work and was also very impressed by the work performed. The person from the town who came to give the approval after the completion of the deck also mentioned how impressed he was with the workmanship.

Fred and his team are the most organized, classy, and considerate contractors I've ever dealt with and I've had numerous ones. They built a deck at the end of my above ground pool and it was built with such precision. The empowerment of the crew to make me happy exceeded my expectations and I expect to have them back for any future work I may need.

We hired Sterling Horizon to build a deck for the backyard based on their great reviews and close proximity. They did not dissapoint.
