Not only did Robert give me the lowest estimate, he did more than other contractors agreed to. One contractor advised me that I would have to get a separate contractor to re-install the railings, another flatly refused to reset a concrete landing. Robert did both beautifully. I referred him to another possible client and would certainly use him again should the need arise. He is professional, his crew shows up on time , clean up is complete and everyone involved is respectful.

Driveway Contractors LLC was excellent. A+ work. Robert and Paul worked tirelessly to completely rebuild our front entry stairs and platform. We have an old house (1890 build) and the front steps were falling apart. Upon discovering that there was no foundation under the existing stairs they gave us multiple options and even met us at the masonry store multiple times to go over what we can do. We received the proposals (multiple times because we made a few changes) very quickly. They were very professional at every turn and even made a last minute change to accommodate our wishes. They even did a couple of odd jobs for us at no extra cost. I would absolutely recommend they to anyone else looking to rebuild their stairs and we will be using them again in the future to rebuild the back stairs and eventually repave the driveway. We are more than happy with the final outcome. Driveway Contractors LLC is a great and professional company to work with.

I contacted Robert from Driveway Contractors LLC on a Saturday, and he came to our house the next morning on Sunday (when they are supposed to be closed) to look at our sidewalk. He was very courteous and professional and clearly had the experience and knowledge to install a bluestone sidewalk. His price was very fair, and he started on the date he said he would start. The job took about three days to complete, and we are extremely satisfied with the finished sidewalk. Robert has all the attributes you want in a contractor - a fair price, experience, and timely execution of the work. We would not hesitate to use Robert again, and definitely recommend him to any one needing his services.

Robert was prompt, professional and courteous. He came to price the job himself and supervised the work personally. It was easy to contact him and he was responsive to my inquires. I would definitely use Robert and his company again.

Robert and his team are truly amazing, and I decided to set up another job with him (which will be reviewed separately, once done). He is very pleasant to work with and very helpful (added several small things and brought crew an extra day at no cost to finish up). Gave excellent advice and is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended with no hesitations!

Robert is very professional and a pleasure to work with. He will suggest products and colors of stones as well as provide samples if needed. He was punctual and finished the project very quickly. He also referred us to his cousin for some landscaping work. Both himself and his cousin's prices were very reasonable. Very happy with his work and would highly recommend.

Robert is a Class A gentleman. He contacted me within hours and made an appointment right away as my situation was urgent. He had two men come the following day and they worked in the rain at times which was fine for my job because the wall surrounds a brook. Job was done in two days, they cleaned up and left my property in mint condition. The entire experience was fantastic because he communicated what needed to be done, returned calls, started and completed the job when he said he would. They are by far the most professional contractors I had the pleasure of working with.

Robert kept the appointment made to do our driveway and that of the church together. However due to delay in getting a permit for the church, we could not proceed till the season was over. Hopefully, next summer, we can engage Robert again. I will reccomend this company any day.

He and his crew were extremely professional, responsive and performed the work in an expert fashion such that neighbors asked for the name of the business. Despite the fact that his original estimate was only based on repairing the cement back porch, once work began the extent of the damage became obvious to him and an almost total rebuild was necessary yet despite that he insisted on sticking to the original estimate. When does that ever happen? I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in need of masonry work, and I would unquestionably use them again. I cannot rate them high enough.

Robert was the best contractor I've ever worked with. He was extremely professional and polite. He provided daily updates and finished on schedule and on budget. The pavers are absolutely beautiful. The Cambridge providers are actually scheduled to come to my house and take pictures. In addition, I had another contractor come by to provide an estimate for minor deck repairs. He couldn't stop talking about how beautiful the patio was. Robert and his crew did an excellent job. I'm planning to do my driveway and front steps next year, I'll be using Driveway Contractors. It is a GREAT company.

Contractor was very responsive and timely in all communications including email and phone. Job was started within days of estimate submission and approval. Job completed at the promised time and over the desired timeframe. All work looks great. Very Satisfied. Contractor was very friendly , informative and professional in all aspects.

He arrived when scheduled, supervised the work daily and followed up to be sure the work was done to my satisfaction.

All work was performed as specified. Driveway Contractors worked with us to design and place the new patio and gave us plenty of options for pavers to use. Robert was patient and helped us with ideas and brought up lots of considerations that we otherwise would not have thought of. Robert and his team dealt with some unsavory weather during the install with professionalism. They even dealt with a piece of equipment that failed in the middle of the job without skipping a beat. They completed the job on time despite the challenging weather and, overall, we are happy with the outcome and our new outdoor space.

Robert was very professional and was willing to repair our steps instead of the costly and time consuming job of replacing them. Other contractors would not even discuss repairing our step but Robert made us feel confident that he could repair them in a way that made them safe and looked nice too. He started right away. He even texted me a photo of an unforseen problem he came across during the work. Robert also came back the following day after his job was complete for a few touch ups I noticed needed to be done. I highly recommend Robert and his team.

After years of getting people who half fixed the problem or didn't want to be bothered at all, we are so glad to have found driveway contractor for our project. Our long driveway flows down right in front of our garage. We had a pit with a pump there, but had many problems with it not working (getting clogged, freezing in winter, couldn't handle volume of water). Working with Robert was a pleasure from start to finish. I can't say enough how easy it was to work with him and how I appreciate all the work he put into this project. Even with a few unexpected surprises that came up, he never made it feel like a hassle. He would make a suggestion on how to resolve it. Ours was a very unique situation. Robert did a ton of research to figure the best way to create a system, that during a heavy rain, would solve all the problems I presented to him. We ultimately decided on a two pump pit -- one on top of the other -- so that if the first pump failed, or needed help, the second would kick on. He suggested this set up, after much research, because if the pumps were side by side, they would be fighting each other each time the pit filled with water. They had to remove the original pit to put a new one that would accommodate the two pumps. Needed to run a new pipe across lawn because they discovered the original pipe was a thin corrugated tube that is not the proper pipe for a system like this. Then they poured a concrete base around a drain that runs across the garage as they did with the pit to really stabilize them. Set the two pumps on top of each other in the pit and put a pond heater in, that can be switched on during freezing weather. Finally put asphalt on that section of driveway and pitched it to flow into drain. With the amount of work that went into this, the price was very reasonable. Not to mention all the "homework" he did even before giving me an estimate. Robert is a really nice guy. He doesn't cut corners and pays attention to detail. I wouldn't hesitate to call him again. p.s. I also used him for my front stoop that was pitched incorrectly. Took care of it in a day without taking down the entire structure to save some money..and it looks great.

Normally, we get several quotes from contractors when we are having work done but in this case, once we got the first estimate from Driveway Contractors LLC, we were satisfied and did not see a need to look further. The reason for this was the contractor's obvious knowledge of what needed to be done, his professionalism, and his willingness to offer suggestions to make our project turn out in the best possible way. Ours was not a large project but we were made to feel that it was important. We feel we received a good price and excellent service. Workmen showed up on time and their work was overseen to be sure it was correct. The contractor made suggestions as work progressed to improve the end result. Driveway Contractors is the premier installer of driveways and walkways. They are a top notch/elite contractor who is trustworthy, honest and professional. We hired Driveway Contractors to renovate our 2,000 square foot asphalt driveway and redesign our walkway. We did not know anything about installing a proper driveway (i.e., driveway pitch). Driveway Contractors walked us through the process and explained the industry techniques to be used for the job. They made us feel very confident and comfortable from the start. The end product far exceeded our expectations because of attention to detail and craftsmanship. We were so happy that we picked Driveway Contractors. I would not hesitate to hire Driveway Contractors for any future project. .

Work was done at both my offices in Fort Lee and Union City, Robert showed up on time for both the estimates and Jobs that were performed. He kept in touch with me and replied to all my e-mails, the jobs executed were a Parking lot repair and sealing of my Parking lot at my Union City office along with a large concrete side walk. Everything went so well I called him back to perform brick work on my building. All this work including my other building In Fort Lee for repairs to the parking lot and stucco on my building. I have called him since to also perform work at my home in Bergen County.

The owner was easy to reach as he forwards his calls to his cell phone when not in the office. He showed up the next day for the estimate which was a more than fair price and started the job the day after the permit was optained. The job was very difficult due to the fact that I live on a busy street. Everything they did was well orchestrated. The asphalt driveway was removed and replaced with additional stone and grading followed by the asphalt with no puddling which was an issue before they did the driveway. I also had them do a concrete apron and sidewalk at my other house in Bergen county, NJ

Robert discussed, sent proposal, and was agreeable to contract and 2 yr warranty. He came on time, his work was thorough, found problems & resolved them. I was impressed with their cleanup and attitude was very good!

He was very punctual very detailed in explanation of the process very efficient the work was completed ahead of time as far as the pricing he was very competitive with other companies in the area. His quality of work was outstanding.

The job was started on time, at a very good cost and finished neatly and on time. Everything was explained in detail before the start of the project so I was well informed, permits utility mark outs and a copy of their Insurance certificate was all taken care of.
