Robert did a very good job coordinating the wall installation and the paving. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and demonstrated his expertise when he provided ideas for raising the height of the driveway and handling runoff. His crew showed up exactly when he said they would and the work proceeded quickly with no unwanted surprises. Robert is very easy to deal with and delivered exactly what he said he would. Robert did a great job helping us design the wall and picking the materials at a local store. He is very knowledgeable about the entire process and I've was relieved at how much consideration he gave to drainage which is usually not given a lot of thought. Robert is the best. Responded very quickly to all calls and emails. He was very informative and helpful throughout the entire process. The 23 x 11 paver patio was started in just days after the pavers were selected and the patio was completed in just a day and a half. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking to have a patio installed.

Excellent! They showed up promptly every work day. Weather slowed things but that was normal. The aprons are both even and spaced correctly. He suggested things to help stabilize both the asphalt and the apron as we cannot do the entire project and all came out level. The asphalt is level and no dips or puddles in the rain. We plan to complete the project after we do some construction and finish the project with Robert.

Robert is perfect. Very responsive, knowledgeable, really efficient and patient. All neighbors were spontaneously coming by, asking for his phone, and 'complaining' that the whole neighborhood standards are up now! Whole job was done while we were on vacation, and neighbors were telling me that they have never seen such a well organized, clean, and non-intrusive contractor on a major job. I am looking forward to several new projects with him. Price for pavers on their own was competitive and overall quite fair considering the quality of work. Additional benefit was that he agreed to coordinate with my electrician so we could put some underground service upgrade, and this price was much cheaper than any independent offers, so overall whole thing worked out very well price-wise.

The job was performed excellently and on time. They were very helpful in coordinating with the other contractors. Our driveway looks beautiful and really makes the house look great!

Could not be more pleased on how well the new paved driveway and border looks. A number of compliments from neighbors as well. Robert Sciacca (Driveway Contractor LLC) and his crew did a fantastic job. Robert was a pleasure to deal with, very straight forward, professional and efficient. He was eager share his ideas and extensive experience to offer design options on how best to complete the task. He was very accommodating in raising the paved surface slightly by the curb to minimize rain water on the street from flowing down my driveway and even dug a 30 foot drench so I could install a pvc pipe under the driveway to carry rain water from the house gutters to a drain in the yard at no extra cost.

Robert was prompt to pay us a visit for an estimate and very thorough in listening to us and making sure he understood what we were looking for. From his description of the work required and the materials that can be used, as well as some professional insights that allowed us to make smarter choices, we could see right away that Robert not only had years of hands-on experience in his trade, but also had a passion for his work. After we had obtained a permit for the work and had our gas and water lines marked, Robert was prompt to schedule our project and was on site during every stage of it. He was willing to work with us to cut down the cost by reusing the brick we had in our old path and combined it with the new pavers in such a creative way that ties it all together without making the contrast between the new and the old obvious. Also, Robert was very kind to agree to remove and dispose of our old wooden sandbox with about 400 lbs of old dirty sand (which had nothing to do with the driveway project). All in all, the driveway was completed promptly and looks wonderful. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result, and now, almost a year later, the driveway looks as good as it did on the day it was completed. It stays solidly flat and level under the weight of our SUV, not a single paver has budged. We are now thinking of adding a patio in our backyard and The Driveway Contractor is definitely the company we'll entrust that project to.

They did a wonderful job on a path that was very old and cracked. They were professional and very easy to work with. Other companies claimed the path could not be repaired, but had to be replaced -- at twice the cost. Robert and his workers proved that was not the case!

Robert is a delightful man to deal with. He arrives with a smile and on time. When he says he is going to be there, he is. He answers all questions in a thoughtful manner and I asked a lot of questions. He recommended a new paver supply company and they were just as delightful to deal with. I could have laid the pavers myself so I knew what the job entailed and his workers did the job quickly and efficiently and were polite. When I asked for insurance, he had it emailed the next day. We discussed my plans at great length and I appreciated his truthful answers and cost analysis with each change. This was a terrific experience from beginning to end.

Robert and his guys did an excellent job? on time and on budget, which could not have been easy given it was the hottest week of the summer. Temps were consistently in the 90's with intense humidity, which must have made the job of cutting pavers extremely miserable. But Robert's paver expert, Rudy, worked like a combination of machine and artist, and the end product is beautiful. All-in-all, Robert is an affable guy who is communicative, professional, offers insightful guidance, and pulls together skilled tradesmen to get big jobs done efficiently.

Robert did a really nice, level job for both the driveway and walkway. We are really happy with the result! I appreciate his attention to detail and responsiveness throughout the entire process. His pricing is fair and he is extremely easy to work with. Even after we paid him and the job was done, he was still really responsive to any questions or concerns I had. I would highly recommend him for your next project!

Driveway Contractor saved me from a nightmare!!. The time has come for us to re do our front walk way and driveway.. I will be honest I was NOT looking forward to this at all!! Just the thought have having to find someone to do the work, the mess from the work and the cost of it all was a scary event to go thru... So I started my quest to find contractor.. I called 6!!! different ones , I got all their voices mails..only 3 called me back.. I set up estimates with them all... They all say the same thing about what needs to get done or what could be done but what made me comfortable with Robert from Driveway Contractor was that he made feel like a person and just a paycheck!! He was very kind, really asked some great question so he could get to understand we wanted/ Needed to get done. But the best part was he came in with the best prices... I booked Driveway Contractor to do the job of putting in a new walkway with pavers and a new driveway.. Robert came over with a book, we talked about what color and stone type would be good for our house , how long it would take and what to except.. Just 2 weeks later ( to much rain to start on time) they start work... All I can say is WOW they did a super fast super great job!!! I had a few questions along the way and some stuff I wanted to show him that I had question about.. Robert would call me right back and even meet with me as soon as I was available.. that is what you want/need when you hire someone to do a job for you.. you want great work, great price and great communication.. the walkway was done in a fast 2 days !!! they cut and fit the pavers stones together so nice that everyone that sees the house could not believe what a great job they did the drive was done the next day and it looks amazing!!! All together it took 3 days to make out house look like a million BUCKS!!! okay in closing this is all I have to say to you about driveway contractors Do yourself a favor, no wait do your house a favor, do your wallet a favor oh heck do the world a favor and call/ use Driveway Contractors for your next job...

It went superbly. He gave me an estimate, and did the job immediately because he was redoing a neighbor's driveway. A week later, it looks great!

Rob was a pleasure to work with. His suggestions and knowledge of his business allowed us to better address our goals at a lower cost. His employees were friendly, courteous and neat with the work. The work exceeded our expectations while reducing cost.

Robert said that he was bidding on a huge job that will last 8 weeks or more. Said he would know by 10/13/15 if he won the contract and would keep me informed. Never heard back from him. Would not recommend this person.

What I didn't like about this provider is that he only interact through his invoice. I wanted to speak with someone as I had two questions (1) a quick question about the job and (2) whether or not his invoice included the "Angie's List" special. I was contacted either by text or email and told to "check Angie's List" as my answer to both questions (which did not answer either of my questions). I want to use someone who doesn't think they are above the customer's needs by actually speaking to the customer.
