+ -1 moreBefore hiring them I checked this site and other word of mouth, all of which was very good. This could not have been further from the truth after the initial cleaning. At that point the "bait & switch" came into play. I was NOT made aware that the true price would be $55/cleaning instead of the $45/cleaning that I believed it to be for a one bedroom, one bathroom apartment. Every time after the initial visit there were problems due to slipshod work such as floors not mopped, mirrors so streaky I had to redo them myself, poor dusting etc. The culmination was windows left open on a very cold day and my toilet being broken with the water left running for hours. Despite having my contact information nobody called me. The toilet worked perfectly fine before they messed with it. I had to miss a day's work because of it. When I complained all I received was denials, with no offers of anything to make up for my time & trouble. And this was for 2 people to work for 3 hours. HORRIBLE!
Description of Work: Standard housecleaning, dust all surfaces, vacuum, clean the kitchen and bathroom, mop floors, clean mirrors, etc.

+ -1 moreMark and Anna are really nice and I've been using them for years. I can't really judge the price because I don't have anything to compare it to. The quality of their work gets the top grade.
Description of Work: They cleaned our whole house and we have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They dusted and cleaned bathrooms and the kitchen. I pay them every other week.
