Bob is great. Very easy to work with. Shows up when he says- workds hard. Does a nice job. Work was done properly and well. Great guy and if you need attic insulation- I would recommend him.

Bob arrived to provide the estimate as scheduled. He was competitively priced and was informative about the process. We chose him over a few other professionals. They arrived to the job on time. The workers were very nice and professional. They treated my home carefully and made sure to clean up well after the job. Maybe I found one dirt smudge on the stair banister, which would have been the only indication that they were even there. Pretty impressive! Bob made sure to accommodate my storage space in the attic by building a barrier, so that the center space of the attic was still available for my storage bins. After the job was completed, we could almost immediately tell a difference in the temperature on our second floor. It has also helped our electric bill. I would definitely recommend Bob's Arctic Insulation!

Bob and Eric came out to look at the house the week before, assessed the job and gave a very fair estimate for the work. Because we have plaster and lath walls in the house, we opted to drill through the wood siding for the project, and it was estimated to take 2 days to complete. We scheduled a date and they both arrived promptly to do the work. They were very thorough and did their best to make minimal holes for the insulation. Where we had cedar shakes, you can't even tell that anything was done (excellent!). Finally, they did a great job of cleaning up and were friendly and easy to work with throughout the process. What's even better? We can already feel a difference!

The first job that I hired Bob to do was blown-in cellulose insulation for the first and second floor of my house. When the winter time came you can tell what a difference the insulation made on the temperature of the house. The second job that I hired Bob to do was the installation of 13 energy efficient windows which came out great!!d Bob the owner is very easy going and great to work with. He always returned my phone calls and answered my e-mails and would let me know if they couldn't come to complete the work due to the weather. I will be using Bob and his crew to finish the rest of my windows.

The crew was prompt, efficient and neat, leaving virtually nothing to clean up. They repaired the removed floorboards well. Insulation made a huge improvement in cooling efficiency, and I expect similar heating savings this winter.

Provided the approximate timeframe he would be able to start the job and we confirmed the schedule. Job was completed in a day and 1/2. Clean, neat - very pleased with his work. Overall, Bob and his man Eric were very friendly, punctual and did a good job. I feel like they did do the insulation job adequately and I was happy that they also plugged/sealed the holes made in wall/ceiling. However, there were two problems I ran into: 1) The room above the garage still had one spot that had a draft despite insulating the floor (ceiling in garage beneath). Bob was able to come back out the next week and blew more insulation into. Draft problem was solved. 2) A small amount of insulation is blowing into house. We live in a 1950s capecod with original vents, and I was unpleasantly surprised when I found out that our vent apparently has a small leak that is causing cellulose particles to be blown into our house thru one vent. I called Bob and he said he would come out to the house again to inspect, but he never came or called. He did the specific job of blowing in the insulation, however any detailed planning of your space and will be left up to you. It will be important to think everything through if you plan to use him. He did give us the best price.

I called five different times and no one ever called me back.

The representative, the owner I think, arrived on time and looked at basement sills and told me I already had blown cotton insulation, and showed me how he knows. I told him the energy audit I received used a thermal camera to show me there was no insulation at the top of the walls and above the windows and they gave me a bid of $6000 to insulate my house. The arctic insulation rep was very surprised and said it was good that I got a second opinion. He could blow insulation above the windows for about $300 if I really wanted to, but reassured me that I did have insulation in my walls but it has probably settled a little over time. While I did not have any insulation work done, I would highly recommend arctic insulation & windows llc. It is a reputable company with honest representatives and I would definitely use them in future.

They did a great job and their price was exactly what they estimated. They were polite and they came when they said they would. They stayed until the job was done every day. It took them 3 days to do the job and cleaned up after themselves. They explained very clearly in advance why they would have to drill holes and there were no surprises. I thought they were pretty honest about what their costs were and kept my expectations really well. My house is noticeably warmer. I had four contractors to come in and bid on this work and they were the only ones who asked specific questions on what sections of the house was to be insulated. They had great attention to detail.

The team arrived first thing in the morning as planned. THey were very neat and thorough and cleaned up after themselves. I an very pleased and happy to recommend them.

They were very responsive. Phone calls were answered and returned promptly. There is plenty of good information on the website, and when they came to look at the house, they were very helpful in explaining exactly how the process worked, and how the insulation is compared with traditional fiberglass batting. It is insect and fireproof. The pricing was very fair. They were very professional, did very quick and careful work, showed up when they said they would. They also did a great job cleaning up. Also, the difference of having the house insulated was immediately noticeable. If you don't have insulation, have these guys do the job. They are great.

After sending an email, we got a follow up call right away and scheduled a time for an estimate. Arrived on time for the estimate. Estimate seemed fair, so we went ahead. His crew arrived on time. They worked quickly and cleaned up after themselves. He let us know where our house was especially lacking in insulation, but also did not try to pressure us into additional services. Very satified with his work. Still haven't turned the heat on, but I'm confident it was worth it.

I had called Bob several years ago about insulation but for various reasons never followed up. When I contacted him again this year he came out right away and gave me an estimate for attic insulation, after telling me he didn't think I really needed anything blown into the walls all that urgently. Communication was great, I set up an appointment, and he and his helper showed up right on time. They fed their hose through the window, spent the bulk of the day here , cleaned up the place after themselves, and reinstalled the window screen. They even vacuumed most of the room which my husband appreciated because it is his "man cave" and he doesn't like to clean it. I 100% recommend this company for blown-in insulation. Bob is a nice guy, reliable, and gives good value for the money.
