Description of Work: NOTHING AT ALL!! I called and spoke to a representative who told me to go online and fill out the form and that she would also send a message over to the scheduler and someone would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I filled it out online and submitted it that night. That was the beginning of last week and STILL no word!! Im shocked that this cleaning service would be rated an A when they don't even return calls to potential clients.

Description of Work: Didn't do anything. Left them a e mail and followed up with a call. I was told by whoever answered the call that a technician would get back to me in 24 hours. I might have miunderstood...24 years?

Description of Work: They cleaned the entire house very thoroughly . They were in and out in about 2 hours. They were very professional it seemed as though everyone had a job to do and did it competently. I was very pleased and will have them come every other week. They are a bit pricey but the cleaning was worth it.

Description of Work: Krystal clean team of abou 6-8 members comes to my house every two weeks in the summer and monthly in winter. I love them!!! The are in and out in less than 2 hours. The owner James always is on my premises & supervises the workers . I have employedvthemcfor over a year.
