He also lets me know who's coming for the job and their truck has a name so you feel secure and safe. I've been using him for years.

The guys at Design Tempare friendly, professional and very thorough. While they were working they made sure to keep our house neat and clean by using drop cloths where ever they worked and quickly cleaned up any debris that was around. They took time to answer any questions we had and made sure we understood how the new unit worked and how it should be maintained. Before they left they reviewed all the work done and made sure we knew all the rebates we were elegible for.

Ed was a pleasure to speak to and work with. I live far away from my 2nd home and it was nice to trust somebody to do what they say. Thanks Ed.
