We contacted 4 Seasons to check the roof for an elderly family members home in Spring lake. We had noticed some staining on a ceiling in an upstairs bedroom. Steve the owner was my point of contact and came out quickly to access the concern. He did a thorough interior, attic and roof top inspection. He also checked out a detached garage and guest house on the property. After that he was able to provide in detail the condition of all 3 buildings. Steve was able to determine that the house and garage were in need of replacement but the 3rd building was in newer condition. He provided us with traditional Asphalt shingle options for both and replacing with the same cedar shakes that were up there. His proposals came in detail and outlined the scope of work and materials being used. After review we set a second meeting with Steve, he met with 4 of our family members to review and determine the best way forward for our elderly family member. 4 seasons was neat, expeditious and kept us notified with calls, texts and picture updates through our the process. They even cleaned the attic when finished. There was extra attention to detail to protect the mature and beautiful landscape at this property as well. When they left the only evidence that 4 Seasons was there was the beautiful new roof! I highly recommend 4 Seasons Roofing Company.
