The estimate was very high. They didn’t show up on time. They seemed to be delayed and I don’t know what the problem was. They even took a while to send the estimate to us.

I would give him an A plus rating all around. He answered my questions and was terrific. He was very reasonable as well. I spent about $3000 for a lot of work. Some of the trees were diseased and he was knowledgeable about everything that was going on in the yard, the front, and the back. It was just very helpful having him here. They were really an excellent tree service company because I have had other people here before that did not tell me anything. This guy came and did an estimate and printed it up. I asked him questions on it and he came back and it was really fine.

Everything went well, they were on time, job was done and they did the clean up. I had one minor problem, after the workers came down the tree I went outside to take a look and I wanted some more branches close to my gutters cut off and these workers didn't like the fact that they had to go back on the tree, one of them said: "oh boy, we're going to be here all day" ... I didn't appreciate them saying that to my face. However, the gentleman handling the project did have them go back and trim a couple more branches. This gentlemen was nice and professional.

All their work was excellent

Everything went well. The trees are doing fine.

see above -- They perform a free overall tree inspection at first, with one of their certified Arborists. Then a proposal is produced for recommended services and full cost estimates. They arrange services very quickly.

I spend a lot on the service. They are extremely competent. When a tree came down they were right there to take it away. They have worked around my house for years trimming trees and taking care of my yard. They are very competent and their work is excellent. When a tree had a problem, they diagnosed it and treated it appropriately. Their price is high but their quality is good. I would use them again in the future.

Rob showed up on time for the estimate, was thorough and informative, and had great advice. They weren't at all turned off by the difficulty of the "climb and carry". The written estimate was the most thorough and specific of the companies we interviewed. Proposal: $775 for shaping the tree and an additional $400 if we wanted to put in 3 cables to support the limbs. Prices included taxes, which we appreciated them doing up front. Bartlett's estimate was a bit more than the person we chose. But our main reason for choosing someone else was that they are more local and seemed equally as knowledgeable as Bartlett in the interview. We like to support our neighborhood companies if all else is equal. I'm writing this report to say that I thought from the estimate interview that they are a great company and think they would have done a great job. I'm keeping Bartlett's info in case we need someone in the future.

I called for them to diagnose a pest problem with a few of my trees. Rep knew what it was immediately and I hired them. They showed up when expected and took care of the problem. I used them again to trim some limbs away from wires.

The experience was excellent. They really know what they are doing. They finished the job in a timely manner and left everything tidy. They do what they say they are going to do, and they do it on time.

They were on time, very polite and did a excellent job.

They are very reliable, and they've done a great job for us. They do what they say they are going to do, and Pat Burke goes out of his way to make his customers happy. He is very knowledgeable and always informative, does a great job!

THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL WITH THEIR WORK. THEY SHOWED UP WHEN THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE GOING TO. I THOUGHT THAT THE PRICE WAS FAIR. THEY CARED ABOUT THE TREE AS MUCH AS WE DID, AND THEY DID WHAT THEY COULD TO SAVE IT.

I PREFER TO USE THEM, BECAUSE THEY ARE TREE SPECIALISTS. THEY CAME RIGHT AWAY AND DID THE DIAGNOSTIC TEST ON THE TREE TO DETERMINE IF IT NEEDED TO BE CUT DOWN.

THEY ARE VERY QUICK TO RESPOND IF WE HAVE TREES OR LIMBS BLOWN DOWN. THEY COME OUT IN THE SPRING AND FALL TO CHECK ALL THE TREES TO MAKE SURE THEY ARE ALL HEALTHY. WE ARE VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR WORK.

THEY ARE AN EXCELLENT COMPANY. THEY WERE ALSO ON TIME. THEY DID A GOOD JOB OF CLEANING UP AFTER THEY WERE DONE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO OTHERS.
