CUSTOM WINDOW by Robert A Kline

Mr. Kline was OUTstanding... First, he responded immediately, was polite, courteous and professional. I explained the scope of the project and he asked if he could schedule a time to meet to review the project to make sure all materials were on hand. He arrived on time for both his meeting and promptly scheduled the job within two days. Next, he completed the job and was most professional. His obvious 44 years of experience made him the perfect person for this job. I would use one word to describe my experience with him....Stellar. After seeing the quality of his work, there was no doubt that we plan on asking him to return to do some additional work in the very near future. I would have no difficulty hiring Mr. Kline again.

I needed new window treatments for 4 rooms. In addition, I had 4 cornices that needed to be altered since I was changing from vertical blinds to comfortex blinds. Robert came with samples, explained my options, measured my windows and also suggested changing the hardware on my casement windows so that the new blinds would lay better. The work was completed timely. He installed my new blinds and altered cornices. He changed the hardware on the windows. The new blinds are great and the altered cornices look wonderful. I have additional window treatments that need to be replaced in the near future and I definitely will be calling Robert for this.

I suspect he's not the cheapest, but the job he did for us was somewhat labor intensive.
