It was fantastic. The home inspection was thorough and helped us make a conscious decision in regards to the home.

Spooked buyer , inspector sited issues that spooled buyer and I lost sale of home. I considering seeing him. Je specifically pointed out that I had exposed foundation footings in the crawl space which could lead to my home collapsing. I had to get a foundation expert who confirmed the footing are alway exposed in foundations. He also said I had an active termite infestation -I had to get expert to confirm that I did not have termites. The 52 page report was rediculous -spooked the buyer and sale of house was cancelled because of incompetent inspection

Keith was awesome! He also has a pest control company I used, called Atlantic Pest Control, and they were also great. He was thorough, on time, and very accommodating.

He is EXCELLENT! I have high standards for professionalism, and this guy is at the top of his game. He knows his stuff backwards and forwards, he's responsive, efficient and friendly. I would recommend him in a heartbeat.

Keith is absolutely awesome. If I recommend any home inspector it would be Keith. He was punctual and tested absolutely everything. From the hoses, ac, climbing in a crawl space to look at support beams, holes in provents on the roof, outlets outside - I mean everything. The house was vacant so Keith was already working when we got to the house. Previous inspections I've had were good but the final report from Keith was like a biography of the house. Pictures, recommendations for fixes, issues, the whole 9 yards. If you're purchasing a house and want a through inspection - Keith is the person you need to contact. He also responded to our e-mails very quickly!

The inspection went well. The inspector caught alot of issues with the house. One of the issues was high levels of radon gas in the basement level. Another issue was a gas leak from the pipping to the furnace. We smelled the gas odor as soon as we entered the basement. The inspector noticed the original homeowners didn't maintain the roof and had about 3 layers of shingles and it was due time for a roof replacement. He also noticed the foundation was repatched due to leaks. He is very knowledgeable and would recommend using him. He is also a registered professional engineer which gives him more credential than a regular home inspector.

Keith was a very professional and knowledgeable home inspector. He did a very thorough job and took his time to answer all of my questions. Thanks to him, I was able to get 2 items fixed (leaking roof vent and split roof rafter) by the seller. Those fixes alone covered the cost of the home inspection. His report was more detailed than any other home inspection I have ever had performed. I will definitely be recommending Keith in the future.

Keith was a great resource and pointed out a few issues that needed to be addressed. He was very patient with all my emails and changes to the dates due to coordination with realtors etc. He was truely a pleasure and I would recommend him to any of my friends.

I was very impressed with the inspection. Keith is a licensed engineer and we were specifically looking for one since the house was built in 1920. Our report was very precise, included pictures as well as diagrams with the problems he found in the house. We got the report within 48 hours in a PDF through email. We've been able to use it a few times when answering questions in order to find homeowners. He had to return at a later date to pick up the radon test and take a look at the attic since he wasn't able to get in during the initial inspection (outside entry only and neither of the two ladders he initially brought would reach the window safely ). When we called for an update he took the time to really talk to me about the findings and answer more questions over the phone. Radon results also back within 48hours.
