We had our oil heat converted to gas heat. We were happy with all the work being done. They were on-time and completed the work in the timeline provided. Would have given an A for professionalism, but workers must have been smoking on our screened in porch because cigarette butts were left on our furniture.

I originally called Sanders for an estimate to replace my water heater back in April. They came out, went over all the options and gave me a very detailed estimate for the work. I was unable to have the work done at that time. When I was able to have the work done I called back and spoke to a very nice lady named Marjorie. She found the original estimate and scheduled a time for a technician to come out, check the estimate to be sure that nothing had changed, and do the work on Monday. My schedule was clear on Friday and the technician came out. He was on time, professional, and courteous. He reviewed the estimate, made sure that nothing had changed and promptly got to work. The work took far less time than I had thought and when he was done he went over everything and cleaned up the entire area. Sanders was a great company to work with and I will use them in the future for any services they can provide. I would and will highly recommend them.

Emergency repair--old pump was replaced with the day. They came our promptly with a detailed estimate. Old sump pump was not routed to discharge outside. They came back a week later and did the outside. When they left the pump was discharging just inches from the house so I called back and asked if they could run the discharge further away and they came back the same day and fixed at no additional charge.

The technician was very professional and prompt. This was not an easy job as he had to venture into the attic crawl space to replace the duct and insulate it. It was early in the morning but was almost 80 degrees already, so I am sure it was quite hot in the attic. He explained all the steps he was going to take and gave me a choice of 2 different prices with options. Ultimately I had him do everything as I just wanted to get this particular job done. He started by cleaning the dryer vents which again probably wasn't easy as we have older machines that stack and involved some disassembly. He then changed out the vent at the dryer and proceeded to do the attic work. Overall it only took a few hours and he worked thoroughly the whole time. I was very pleased with the work done. Too often these days when techs from other companies show up at your house and the work looks difficult or unpleasant they will give you a reason they can't do it or that they have to come back out. I was so pleased to find someone who was knowledgeable and happy to do the work (no matter how difficult or unpleasant it may have been) I would recommend them in the future.

The completed work far exceeded our expectations and was reasonably priced. Quality plumbing work is not inexpensive, but Sanders technicians improved the configuration of the gas and water lines and the venting of the hot water heater. Tim, Sanders HVAC technician, explained the job clearly before starting, worked efficiently, and when he left our home everything was perfect. He tested every connection and we feel very confident in the quality of the job. We definitely would use this provider in the future.

When call was made to Sanders they responded promptly and we DID NOT get an answering machine, though the call for assistance was made over the weekend. An appointment was scheduled immediately. GFI was tripping & causing loss of power. A new receptacle was installed in the garage and we have had no further problems. Technician was on time for the appointment, efficient and pleasant.

They came out at 2:00 or 3:00 a.m. as my boiler was spewing water. The man who came out was able to stop the leaking water. They were able to make the repairs and handle both the heating and plumbing issues involved a few days later. I was extremely happy with the service.

I purchased a new home and a home warranty to go with it. Second day there, the drains started backing up. I called the home warranty company and they company they referred me to could not come out for several days. They then gave me permission to find somebody on my own, and I tried Sanders. Not only did they respond immediately, the tech was great. He explained everything that he was doing, explained why it probably happened (from the house sitting empty so long while for sale) and had a great attitude in general.

Very wee. They were very thorough, courteous, on time and made the client their number 1 priority. Very happy with the result

Other than the cost I was very pleased with Sanders. They were prompt, clean and professional.

There was a minor leak in the bathroom stand in shower. It showed up as a wet patch on the kitchen ceiling below. Sanders associate came in and did the investigation. He stated that the leak is minor and if it needs to be fixed it would cost about 3-4 grand as it would mean opening up the ceiling and working on the piping. He had visited our place earlier and had inspected the leak. He had then done some caulking which he rechecked. He said that if someone stands on the grill and then takes shower, then and only then will there be this minor leak. He was right. We have been taking showers ,just avoid standing on the grill and there is no leakage what so ever.

It went very well. The expert explained everything he was going to do and then told us what he actually did afterwards as well. There was a change in his work due to his finding the hard clog in the dryer vent. It should be noted that we had hired another company in 2/2013 (with an Angie's List deal) to clean our vents. They did not find the clog and so this was work was done to complete this job. (I didn't call the other company back for various reasons I will not go into here.)

Great communication via phone up to the point of arrival. On time, maybe a few minutes early. Hot water heater throwing error codes. Service person opted to clean part instead of ordering new one. Ordering part would take a few days, and be more expensive, and he wasn't sure it was necessary. This seems to have fixed error codes about weak pilot light. Overall, I'm happy with this company. A good example of what you expect from a service company.

It took the entire day but service people were very friendly, punctual and explained/answered any question we had as they worked. We had two problems the evening after the work was performed and one of the men came right back. Unfortunately he couldn't fix the problem as it now had to do with another service provider but we were pleased by his quick return. That issue was resolved a few days later. The other issue we had was resolved when a different repair person came out later that evening but were surprised when we were charged for that service. After speaking to the sales manager he agreed to look into the charge and refunded our money for the service call.

It was very good. They were just very friendly and easy to work with.

They were on time. They did a really nice looking job compared to what it previously looked like. They really did a good job. They were neat and didn’t make a mess. I’ve had no problems with them. I would definitely use them again.

We have used this company a few times before for annual maintenance of heater and air conditioner. We signed a one year contract and at that time I put down the dates of service & request to be the first appointment. They are always on time and their technicians are both professional and friendly. We have had no problems with our equipment and continue to keep them maintained. Our last service was yesterday and the techinician was Fiore C. Very nice man and has been with the company for years. We will again sign another contract and pick our dates. We recommend using them!

went very well - they could not finish the first day - began mid afternoon, but were back at 8:00 the next morning. Very professional and committed to get the job done for the estimated amount.

Went well. The gaskets and flapper had been periodically releasing water after which the tank refilled. Randy K. Explained the problem in detail. After making the necessary repairs/replacements he showed the completed job, tested the flush a few times, and asked if we had any questions. He was prompt, professional, courteous and efficient.

They are excellent. They do plumbing, heating and air conditioning and electrical. Their price was reasonable and I like everything about them. I constantly use them. Whenever the service I need is provided by them, I contact them first.

In addition, I was able to have the job completed shortly thereafter . Glenn, who performed the work, was prompt, informative, and a skilled craftsman. I am totally satisfied with the results.
