Pixie Perfect Cleaning LLC

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I called to schedule a cleaning of my first floor of my house prior to Easter. First they didnt clean most of what I was told they would clean, and what they cleaned was not clean at all. I have mats on my kitchen floor instead of moving them they cleaned around them. They did the same for the counters they did not move anything they cleaned around it. They did not clean the microwave or appliances as i was told they would. Their idea of cleaning you floors on their hands an knees is spot cleaning it with a spray bottle an rag. When I was told my floors would be cleaned by someone on their hands and knees I made the mistake of assuming they would scub the floors with a bucket and scrub brush or something as equally suitable. My floors were still dirty after they "cleaned" them and they did not sweep or vacuum the floor before spot cleaning. When I called to schedule my appointment I specifically said my floors are my biggest concern has i have a very bad back an can not clean them myself. I was in another room while they cleaned so i wouldnt be in their way, obviously that was a mistake. After they left i discovered all of what they missed. I called the owner an left a message, he called back apologizing and said he would send them back the next day to re clean everything, and he would even personally come out himself. They came back the next day, the owner did not come, did not call, and I have never heard from him again. They cleaned an it was still a crappy job but I had it with them so i told them they do not know how to clean, you dont clean around things and when a floor really needs to be cleaned "spot" cleaning is not going to cut it, and I told them to leave. I wasted $85 and 2 different days of my time. I wish I had checked Angie's List prior to making an appointment, I would have never used them,

After one usage, although expensive, I scheduled a second cleaning with the intent of using Pixie monthly. In fact, I had also requested a price on carpet cleaning to be done next month (and even left holiday tips on the table after just one prior usage, not a history of usage). Despite having a confirmatory email from Pixie, they never showed up for their job nor called to inform me that they were not coming. I had reluctantly agreed to pay a higher price than I've ever paid before in exhcange for an enthusiastic promise of dependability and excellent customer service when in actuality, I paid the most and had the most unprofessional experience ever.

My fiance and I are pleased with the work. Usually three or four people come for a hour and a half.
