EXTREMELY POLITE workers. I had to call the owner after the initial meeting when they came to give me an estimate. I was so impressed with the professionalism and politness of the gentlemen, I felt they deserved my compliments immediately. When they came back to do the work, they did not dissappoint and were completed ahead of schedule. The price was very comparable and the work was worth the money spent.

This particular company is very professional and knowledgeable in this field. There is NO scare tactic here. The owner simply gave me the facts and assessment in a very professional manner. It was clear they do this every day! I was amazed that the new Informtaion Technology Highway lead me to such quality companies. The owner was very accomadating witht the construction schedule. The workers were very knowledgeable as well and courteious.

Tony Sarin was terrific to deal with. I recommend him highly. Much better to deal with than most contractors.

They started the project with an inspection of my basement, identified the problem and assured me that they could take care of the situation with minimum expense to me. This they did in an efficient, professional manner.

Start to finish, they were wonderful. Their communication was excellent and they kept every appointment. They explained exactly what they were going to do, orally and in writing, and did it. Not only were they completely professional, they were friendly and easy to talk to, and gave us plenty of advice on avoiding future moisture problems in our house. What other company would tell you how NOT to use their services in the future? They also helped us find a contractor to repair the drywall in our house, and he was also a gem. Cannot praise these guys enough!

They did an excellent job. Everything looked wonderful when the were all finished. They finished the project when they said they would. I would definitely use them again in the future for other projects.

Tony is due to start the work shortly. I will rate him on the actual work but so far, he has been prompt & efficient in helping me to evaluate my options as to how to address my home needs. He's been dependable - when he says he's going to do something, he has gotten it done. He will do the work & I'll rate him again, but for now, I will highly recommend him as I do not expect anything less than the high professionalism & courtesy already exhibited. Barbara L

Tony was the first person to call about my problem and came to my house for an estimate the next day. He explained the entire proposal and was very thorough with his pricing and work to be completed. Tony and his crew came to the house as promised the next week and finished the job to perfection. Tony is a true professional and expert in his field and his pricing was the best by thousands of dollars. He is not a salesman, he tells it like it is and explains the pros and cons of remediation tactics. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Excellent Experience. Tony Sarin took the time to educate us about mold and he also discovered contamination where we didn't know it was present. He was timely, thorough, professional and did exactly what he said he would. He made a difficult situation tolerable and is a pleasure to work with.

He was fast in completing the estimate, finding others to help out as well. He is professional and well knowledge.

Tony delivered what he promised. After a week or so after they finished removing the mold from our basement, everyone stopped coughing and sneezing. Good job!!
