Tony was a pleasure to work with and reasonably priced. I had two other quotes from two basement waterproofing companies from Home Advisor that were $6-8000 higher. One dropped their price $2200 if I did the work that week but basically was also going a total encapsulation. The difference being is plastic was 20 mil vs 12 and had nylon thread. The other one tried selling a dehumidifier and several other apparatus. Being suspicious that maybe Tony's price was too good o be true, they guy quoted apples to apples at double the price. When I first met Tony I wanted to use him but did the responisble thing and got three bids. There was no pressure. Usually if something seems to good to be true, it's not. In this case it was! Knowledgeable courteous and friendly

They gave me an estimate to do the work I requested and didn't try to sell additional work I didn't need or want. He did look over the rest of the cellar and told me how to prevent potential problems in the future. Very knowledge. I also like the fact that their truck was not covered with mold removal advertising. We are going to flip this house and didn't want the neighbors thinking it was toxic mold site. The room they treated is so clean you could eat off the floor. Before they started the room (10x10) cinder block walls and concrete roof looked like it had a white fur coat. Great job. Definitely would use them again.

Tony was a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Very informative and helpful. He called within in minutes of me being on Home Advisor and fit my job in quickly. Once he looked at the job he made me feel better about what was really going on and that is wasn't as bad as I thought. Great pricing compared to others. His Team were so polite and considerate. I also liked that his truck has no advertising on it so while they are working on your home they are not freaking out your neighbors. Tony also helped me get another contractor for some other work I had done. A real pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend him and his Team.

Tony and his team arrived on time and finished their work on schedule doing everything he promised. He also fixed a spot in my basement at no cost which was not a part of the original job. Other contractors were much more expensive and also told me I had mold in other places. Tony confirmed that I did not have mold in those other places. So aside from his competitive pricing and professionalism, I found him to be refreshingly honest, something not always found in a contractor these days.

We couldn't be more pleased with the work that was done. Tony's professionalism, knowledge of molds and approach for remediation was very reassuring. The cost for the work did not exceed his estimate even though an extra day was required to complete. His crew did a great job which included removing debris. We also appreciated Tony providing advice for further improvements of the home. It felt like we had a partner who was interested in us successfully meeting our goals. Thanks Tony for all your help!

Tony explained what the job would detail. Job was completed in 2 days. Happy to have the smell gone. Respectful workers. Was told to call them if I have recurring problem.

Punctual, polite, professional.. Inspection was complete, checking throughout for sources and even removed insulation where areas were suspect. Recommendations for improvements to outside of home were well received . Tony was very knowledgeable and is an excellent supervisor.

Tony took the time to locate source of mold that was located in several areas. Also, he made suggestions to avoid future mold issues. All work was performed in an efficient and timely manner. It would be nice if all contractors would follow Tony's ethics!

SPECTACULAR! I can't begin to tell you how stressed I was when I was told I had to take care of a mold problem in the upstairs bathroom before I could refinance my home. Let's face it, I was refinancing to save money, not to spend more of it. I picked Next Generation because of the quality of their reviews. Lots of companies get good reviews, what stood out in this case was the amount of time and thought people had put into them (Like I am). From beginning to end Tony and his team went above and beyond to keep me informed and make sure that everything done was convenient for me. They even painted when the job was done.

felt this was a vast inflation of what the costs were to be and it was very confusing who was running the show. also when the gentleman came to look at the problem he did not explain the whole procedure fully. Felt a little scammed.
