Description of Work: we met to pick out cabinets and granite. Then he never got back to me. Lucky for me no money exchanged hands.

Description of Work: Had an estimate scheduled last Saturday for 9 a.m. Joe came about 35 minutes late. After looking at the work to be done, he said he would contact me with the cost of an estimate. It's a week later and I haven't heard from him. Seemed like a nice guy and knowledgeable about his work but the lateness/lack of response makes me feel that my work probably would not be done in a timely fashion.

Description of Work: They guy was great! Showed up when he said, gave me a price for drywall in the kitchen wall and soffit. Came back a few days later to sand and finish it. It was perfect!

Description of Work: Called Little Rock, Joe came out the very next day, which I appreciated. However, when he got here he seemed to pull numbers out of the air. When I asked how much to remodel my bathroom (simply removing old fixtures, installing new ones and tiling the tub), he replied $4500. When I said that seemed a bit high he said, "well maybe $1500." Hmmm...I told him to work out the numbers and get back to me. He called a few days later, but I was out of town and didn't get the message until I returned. I called him back, he answered, seemed annoyed and said he was in the middle of something and that he'd get back to me. Never did.

Description of Work: Joe and his crew drywalled our entire first floor, kitchen, living room and dining, working around plumbing and electrical, as well as our stairwell and master bedroom. We did the demolition, and they set up the framing, got all the materials, and hired an excellent (subcontractor) electrician and spackler for us. We had the job done in about three weeks or so. It was BIG job!

Description of Work: Joe and his crew sistered joists that were damaged by termites in our basement, working around plumbing and electrical. They also repaired a leaking pipe in the basement at no extra charge, drywalled our entire first floor and upstairs bathroom, assisted us with advice and even lent us equipment and tools that we needed for other aspects of the renovation. These guys had the job done QUICK and right!

Description of Work: I called them twice for an estimate.

Description of Work: Repaired termite damage. Opened wall, replaced header over window, base plate, plywood and interior molding. Installed fiberglass insulation. Replaced sheetrock, finished and painted whole area. While working, found water leaking from upstairs window and caulked, also repaired small crack in ceiling sheetrock. These extras were without additional cost.

Description of Work: Joe found the right man for the job of fixing a ceiling replacement my husband and I messed up. Sometimes you do have to leave it up to the professionals.

Description of Work: Installed a new kitchen window that was previously purchased and relocated a kitchen island base cabinet.

Description of Work: Complete remodeling of condo unit: new wood floors, kitchen, bath, tile floors, dry wall, painting, carpeting, electrical, etc. Provided all materials and skilled workers. Some of the work was difficult and challenging because some of the original work was badly done.
