He was able to keep me updated (I was 1000 miles away from the house) and organize work time with my son. Great communication skills. When we need to replace the door I will call him first.

I recently had the pleasure of working with James Eubanks (Jim) in regard to installing window grilles at my home. While I ultimately decided to hold off on the actual work until a later date, I couldn't be more impressed with the level of professionalism, honesty, and proficiency Jim demonstrated during our interactions. From the very beginning, Jim was punctual, attentive, and thorough in understanding my requirements. He took the time to provide a detailed estimate, carefully measuring the dimensions of the window grille and discussing various design options with me. I truly appreciated Jim’s honest and transparent approach, which made me feel at ease and confident in their abilities. Though I eventually decided to hold off on the actual installation, the experience has left a lasting impression on me. I had two small closets that needed new drywall sparkle and paint. The one closet holds the water heater. The original date he was supposed to start the work was pushed back a week “for personal reasons” but really I think it’s because he just got back from vacation. Before starting the job I specifically asked if he worked with a plumber that could remove the water heater and if he could do the work and have the water heater replaced same day or by the morning. He confirmed. That was not the case. He had the plumber remove the water heater, did not do any work on the closet and spent 4 days making excuses as to why the plumber could not come back. One was that the plumber HAD Covid which cause me to have to get tested and quarantine for work. Later I was told the plumber in fact did not have Covid. I grew tired of the excuses and hired my own plumber and subtracted that cost from his fee. After that the workmanship went down the drain. He had already saved money using my left over drywall and paint but felt the need to save more by not properly sanding (there are large chucks of plaster in corners) not painting the ceilings at all and a second coat of color should’ve been done on the wall. Not only would I not hire him again but I will also not use Angi’s list again. I paid $35 for the name of a reliable person to do the work and that is not what I received.

James is a very professional and honest handyman. He came out he evaluated the screen porch gave us a price told us when he would be here and he was on time and the price was very reasonable I recommend James to everyone who needs a good honest hard-working person thank you for all you do and did for us and we will be doing business with you soon thank you

Very satisfied with the work done by James. Work was done on time. He replaced part of a ceiling in my computer room and also repaired some other drywall.
