Since the HVAC unit was installed I have routinely had trouble with the heat in my house. The unit still shuts down and only blows out cold air in the winter. I have had them to my home multiple times to remedy this same problem. Each time they say they can not find a solution to the problem and recommend trying various things like a non pleated filter, checking the propane pressure etc. I had taken their recommendations and gone to cheap filters and having the propane pressure turned up. Still no fix and cold air still continues to comes out. I called again and after being redirected by a not so polite phone staff, finally got some one in charge. I was told by them, the same as the phone staff. "Sorry, you are now out of warranty and too far away for us to come to without charging you a lot of money". Since the unit is only a few years old and has never worked right since they put it in, I was very disappointed to hear from them they would now charge me to come look at it again. They don't seem to be good at diagnosing problems and I feel they just strung me along until my warranty ran out.

HE TOOK ONE LOOK AND THEN FIXED IT THE NEXT DAY. HE WAS HERE WHEN HE SAID HE WOULD BE. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH HIS WORK AND I WOULD LOVE TO KEEP USING HIM. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
