They responded, provided an estimate, and were able to do the work right away. The work was supposedly accompanied by a lifetime guarantee as long as I own the home.
The problem started with scratching and clawing above the ceiling. I was told that I also had a mouse problem. They were going to take care of it all. After the first visit, I heard scratching/clawing again, called them back, couldn't identify what was causing those sounds, but more traps were set, and I was told to call back if there was still an issue.
Well, the issue seemed to go away for awhile, but then it came back, along with finding mouse dropping throughout my kitchen cupboards. Okay, no biggie, I'll call back.
Well, now I can't get a hold of anyone at the company. I've sent emails, left messages, etc. It appears as though voice mail is full, so I can't leave any more messages, and I have gotten no response. So that "lifetime guarantee" means nothing, and I'm back where I was before I ever contacted them...well, except over $700 poorer.
