Pure Aire Professional Duct Cleaning

Everything was professionally performed. Very happy I found their name and called them to do my vent cleaning.

We are very pleased with the work performed by Pure Aire. We had all of our HVAC ducts and dryer vents cleaned and the improvement in the air and clothes dryer performance was immediately evident. The appointment was made very easily, the crew arrived promptly as scheduled and professionally performed the work while informing us of their progress and any issues. We plan on using them again and highly recommend them based on our positive experience.

I highly recommend Pure Aire, especially as a first time home owner. Their process for appointment was simple, professional, and timely. Joe and Mike were incredibly helpful servicers. They arrived on time, answered all of my questions and concerns, cleaned my vents swiftly and neatly, and even generously advised me on issues regarding my ventilation. J&M were completely respectful of my space, my time, and my cat throughout their work. Thanks to Pure Aire, now I can breathe peacefully in my new home.

Very satisfied with Pure Aire services. We used them for dryer duct cleaning. The technician was very professional and respected our home. They did an excellent job.

From initial call in setting up the appointment everything went great, the 2 man crew were very friendly and took care of furniture around all vents they were professional and answered all my questions even pointing out some future issues I could have and gave advise on what I should do to fix the potential future problems.

This morning I found a lot of water on my cellar floor. After searching for the problem, I found my tubing to my sump pump one of my unions had come apart. I have a small ladder there I believe when the ladder was moved the leg snagged the tubbing and pulled the fitting apart. This fitting does not pull apart easy. Other than that they they were very polite.

They arrived on time. Both guys were very nice and the price was reasonable.

2 technicians arrived ahead of schedule. They were professional and very informative--explaining the entire procedure prior to initiation. This service had not previously been done after the initial construction of the home so there was significant spackle/plaster board remnants and dust along with 8 years of build-up. While vacuum hoses lined the floor for access, the techs worked efficiently and without a lot of disruption or mess. Any remaining mess was cleaned up prior to leaving the premises.

Service Tech arrived within a 30 min. window (unheard of these days!) Tech was professional & efficient. Work was done neatly in about 30 minutes.

Lousy. Two men came in with a dirty dusty, unclean enormous machine along with what seemed like miles of dirty hoses. Got there at noon, in and out by 12:45. Charged $300.00 dollars plus tax. Per my conversation with the owner it was also supposed to include my dryer vent but the two men who came said that was not so, and that it would cost me any where from an additional 59,95 to 99.95 to have done. Barely carried out any dust or rubble from the filthy dusty monstrosity of a machine that has to be brought in your home. The machine looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years and that it just goes from one home to another without any clean up. Complete rip off in my opinion; would never use them again and would never recommend them. Lead tech of 10 years was also rude, no social customer service interactive skills whatsoever. RIP OFF RIP OFF RIP OFF Had I know my review would have been this lousy I certainly would have taken pictures of the equipment, lack of booties, only one tech wore gloves, etc.

The staff at Pure Aire are very professional, friendly, and thorough. From the call to schedule an appointment to the time the gentlemen came to perform their service was a very pleasant experience. When the gentlemen arrived, they identified themselves and wore their masks. Very careful with their equipment and cleaned everything up when they were finished. After cleaning the dryer vent they tested the dryer to make sure the air flowed properly and heated properly. I've used Pure Aire for a few years. In the past I've used them to clean my duct work along with dryer vent. I've always been very pleased with the service I receive from Pure Aire. I highly recommend Pure Aire for duct and dryer vent cleaning.

Excellent. Prompt, courteous, and thorough.

Mike did a great job, considering that this was the first time, since 1973, the Ducts had been cleaned! We do have Gas Heat, but that being said, he had his work cut out for him and he did it beautifully! Very polite and attention to detail and was on time.

Service was performed quickly and efficiently. I've had my dryer vent cleaned many times and they were the only company that mentioned a problem with the vent connection. This was the second time using them and I would use them again.
