Pure Aire Professional Duct Cleaning

Setting up the appointment was fast and easy. Three-man team came promptly on time and were out in 20 minutes. Explained what they were doing as they went. Professional all the way.

Ed & Cris arrived exactly at 1PM when they said. They hauled in a heavy suction vacuum and attached to both supply and then return lines. Showed me the dirt collected in the first stage of the cleaner. Both men worked hard and did an excellent job. Was not ready for the dust throughout the house but they did warn me of it. We just finished a dirty tile job so the vent cleaning was a natural first. This is my second Angie's list contractor and we are contented.

I'd been having a problem with my dryer not drying very well, so I called to make an appointment with Pure Aire to have my dryer vents cleaned. They arrived promptly and cleaned the dryer vent. The next day, they even called to assure everything was done to my satisfaction. When I told them I was still having a problem with my dryer, they sent two guys over to double check everything in the vent and up on the roof - at no extra charge! They were very professional, friendly and reasonably priced. They really go the extra mile! I will definitely use them again!

The team arrived at the agreed upon time and proceeded to work immediately. Each step of the process was explained in detail. The team took precautions to prevent damage to floors and walls as they cleaned each run of the system, then left the house in a condition that made it difficult to tell they had been there. A visual inspection of the ducts disclosed marked improvement after cleaning was completed.

Was promptly contacted by Vince after leaving message. Very courteous and set appointment. technicians arrived on-time, and were professional and took care not to damage any walls as they moved large equipment into basement. Went through each register and return in every room. Completed job in couple of hours and reviewed with me prior to leaving. Several hours later, we found the basement floor covered with water as it was determined that the condensation pump was inadvertently unplugged. Some minor damage to nearby rugs. Vince was contacted and he immediately responded with Servicemaster to dry the affected area. They came out and took care of the problem and PureAire covered the cost for the repair to the carpet. Vince was exceptional in his response to the accident and quickly covered the cost of the repair. His customer service was outstanding.

The man returned my call and was professional, as were the people they sent to do the job. They did a good job but were not cheap.

I called for an appointment and the company was very responsive. The technicians were prompt knowledgeable and courteous. They answered all my questions explained everything they were doing and even showed me the debris that was captured. They provided recommendations as to the frequency of cleaning since I have pets and were kind and respectful of our furry family members-even our Collie who barked at them continuously-sorry guys! I would recommend Pure Aire to everyone and will certainly use them in the future.

Pure Aire was very helpful with schedualing. Because of all the rain in August my 1st appt. was postponed because they didn't want to trackin water or mud. They called before the appt. to checkout my oppinion. It was dry on the 30th. The dryer vent hadn't been cleaned since it was installed (12yrs). I was lucky because the lint was toasting. They used a suction bag on the heat/ac ducts. I expected vacume brushes to be used. If you want the vents vacumed ask before employing Prue Aire. They didn't mass up my home and worked quickly. The dryer vent was extra. The duct was Angie's discount.

They arrived on time and performed the service. However, after they left, I noticed that the washer lid on my washer/dryer combination unit would not stay up. On close exam, I noticed that the panel Pure Aire had removed to access the dryer was not replaced properly. I removed and replaced this panel as it should be. In doing so, I also found that they had stripped the holes so it was not possible to properly tighten the retaining screws. Also after the work had been performed and paid, I found numerous advertisements in local papers offering the same service for almost half their price.

We called a week earlier for a quote to clean the ducts and returns of our heating and AC system. The quote was reasonable and an appointment was made for the following Friday. Ron called thirty minutes prior to the appointment to confirm we were available. He and Danien arrived on time and explained what was involved in the cleaning process. They were very courteous and professional as they went about their work and they carefully replaced anything they had to move. We had an opportunity to ask questions after they finished working and their answers were responsive and complete.

I got the number from Angie's List and called and received a phone call back that day. The worker came when promised and did a nice job. I was very pleased with the cleaning. He was neat, professional and courteous.

I called Pure Air based on their reviews on Angie's List and the deal they were running for air duct cleaning. The company called and asked to come early on the scheduled date. The technicians were very polite and professional. I asked a lot of questions during the service and the techs were more than happy to answer them all. The techs also showed me the before and after results of the main trunk cleanings. The results were good. The techs cleaned everything as contracted. The only drawbacks, a couple of the vent covers were not cleaned. They use only forced air to clean the covers. This is not enough to get the dirt off. The tech also recommended an air freshener that is placed inside the main trunk line. The air freshener was a waste of money. I wouldn't get that again. Overall the cleaning has resulted in noticable improvements in air quality and a lot less dust throughout the house. I will definitely use this company again.

We were very pleased with the contractor in every way. We were well informed of his procedures in doing the work prior to his starting the job. His estimated time to complete the job was accurate and he and his employees were polite and careful.

I originally contracted another vent cleaning company to do the work. After finding out that they were going to nickle and dime me to death, causing their advertised price to go far beyond what it was listed for, I decided to use Pure Aire. Their flat fee included everything even though they were a bit more money. The first company (a service mark of a very well known department store) was difficult to get in touch with, argumentative about pricing and I found the owner's attitude to me to be distasteful. They even charged $10 for a fuel surcharge. (Seriously, gas is not $5 a gallon anymore.) Pure Aire returned my call within the day and made the appointment for the following day. The guys that came were professional and treated my home with respect. They took 2 hours to complete the work and I am completely satisfied. In this case I got what I paid for. Clean air ducts and professional respectful servicemen. It was worth the extra money to forego the aggravation of the "lesser price" brand name people and a rude owner.

Upon moving into our home my husband and I both got ill from the dirty ducts in our home. We came to Angies List to find a company that would come to clean them after coming up empty asking friends and family for a reference. Amazingly, not many people get their ducts cleaned. Pure Aire was very professional from the initial phone call to set up the appointment until they made a follow up call a week later to verify we were happy with our service. They were very willing to work with us to schedule a time to come out that would work for both of us. The crew came through and did their job in just a few hours as expected. They explained to my husband the duct system we had and the issues we can expects in the future and how to keep on top of it. I would recommend them to anyone looking to breath a little easier in their home. The only reason I didn't give an "excellent" on quality was simply because we could not 100% verify how the ducts looks past first foot or so from the grate and it's too soon after having the cleaning done to know more.

overall my experience was an A and im going to get the work done again in a couple of years.
