Pure Aire Professional Duct Cleaning

While I was not present for this device, my tenant said they were courteous and professional. I would hire them again.

They were very willing to work with me to set up a date and time that worked into my schedule. They were able to fit me in quite quickly, which was great. The fellow who showed up to do the work were very friendly. After figuring out how to get their equipment up to the necessary floors, they got to work. Unfortunately, I was distracted by other items and wasn't able to follow up to make sure everything was attended to. Without opening up the vents, I am hoping they got everything. They did leave some dirt around, which came off of their equipment, that I had to clean up. But in all I was happy with the service.

Excellent. Dryer vent replacement required manuevering beside and behind a tightly installed stacked washer-dryer combo, then into the crawl space beneath the ground floor. All accomplished efficiently. The duct cleaning team worked around the occupants and pet and quickly had the system back in operation.

The cleaning and sanitizing job was done as proposed.

The service was an absolute disaster. They got all the dust and debris from the ducts all over my home. It was crazy. Took about a month to clean it up.

To be honest, they try to get ya. They draw you in with this discount, and then they nickle and dime you once they get in the door. So needless to say we won't be using them again. They are very professional there pricing is just, ya know they entice you with their pricing and then they get you with every little thing. Like I said, I think they are pretty professional.

Good experience from the beginning. Prompt call back for scheduling and a confirmation call prior to appt. Mike and Ron ( technicians ) were fantastic. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient. They also took the front of the dryer apart to reveal where the dryer lint gathers and poses a fire threat if left uncleaned. Service was adequate. They had cleaned my dryer vent previously and had taken the top off the dryer and cleaned it thoroughly. I assumed that would be the case this time; so, it was my fault it not asking specifically about this. When I asked the service person, he said they did that on the 1st servicing only.

Everything was great very nice service man. I wish all my experiences with repairs was like this.

I paid $299 for the service but they ended up charging me an additional $318.86 because they claimed it was more work than what I paid for on Angies list. It could be but the person when he got on phone was putting a lot of pressure on me to clean my other two systems in the house and was going to charge me around $1200. He sounded like a a real salesman. It sounded like an exorbitant amount of money so I did not have them do the other two systems. For that one system it still cost me $617.86 which was a lot. On top of that I never got a call from them after they finished to see how everything went. Never gave me pictures of vents, so who knows what they actually did at the end of the day. One of my vents is still not blowing air and they did not tell me why which leads me to believe that they did not do a thorough job. All said, this could be a straight legit company but they sounded very salesy by pressuring me to pay much more than the $299 special I purchased on Angies list and not professional by following up with me right away on how things went and explaining why one duct is blocked. I would not use them again.

They cleaned out the lint trap on my dryer and did a magnificent job! They came out and were very professional. They did what they had to do and did not ask any questions.

My brand new dryer wasn't working properly wasn't sure if it was the dryer or something blocking the vent. I had an appt for service with Sears but they said if it's not the dryer the warrant won't cover any other cause so I called Pure Aire also to check vents.Turned out the vent to roof was clogged, they quickly cleaned it out and I was able to cancel the service call. Dryer working perfectly now. They told me dryer vents should be cleaned yearly. I just moved into this home so I'm sure the previous owners never had it cleaned. My daughter will be setting up time with them soon as well.

They were awesome. They went above and beyond. They also installed vent grate to keep the birds out.

Everything was explained and agreed. I needed to replace the hose from the dryer to the wall since mine was crushed and blocking the lint from exiting the room. I also had the guard added since mine was broken. All work was done as requested.

They were really thorough. They were very professional and friendly. They explained everything that they were doing. They showed me the results. The work turned out very good.

It took most of a day. My dryer vent is under my deck and the technicians had to crawl under there to get to the outside vent. They did and replaced the lattice work when they were finished.

They arrived on time. I reviewed my concerns about our ducts with them, and they took me through all the steps that were needed. I knew it would cost more because we had a problem besides the regular cleaning job, but they explained my options and the price before they did the extra needed work. They obviously knew what they were doing.

We found a coupon in the newspaper for a service, but when they arrived, they immediately began to upsell me. I was very upset about this, and would not recommend them.

From the minute they walk through the door they are selling. They come for a set price if the unit is in attic or crawl space extra. If you want disinfectant to get rid of possible problems extra. If you want to kill the mold extra. Whatever you are quoted plan on paying double or triple.

I am very displeased with the service that I received. When I called to schedule my appointment I informed them that I had an Angie's list coupong for $299 for a full duct cleaning, I was told no problem as long as there wasnt a complicated duct system in the home, the coupon would apply. Once on-site the increase charges and "up-selling" began. They claimed I had additional trunk lines running from the furnace and that would be an additional $150 ($75.00/trunkline). Then they informed me that in adidtion to the normal dirt I probably had mold/mildew growing in my ducts. As a person who suffers from asthma and allergies I am particularly sensitive to these things. An additional $160.00 later they assured me that the ducts were whistle clean and I would not have any issues. The duct leaning service itself was fine however I am very disappointed that my final cost was more than double what I had been quoted. I have had the ducts cleaned in previous homes that I have owned and I have never experienced this type of misleading selling. I will not be using them in the future.
