They were great and professional. I had a hard time getting in touch with them at first. I called multiple times with no answer. However when I did get to them they were great.

Very Good, good customer service, good explanation of process, no mess made, made a difference in the air quality, only drawback is that it is expensive.

I needed quick service and Pure Aire quoted me a rate over phone upon my request.....he held to that quote and they were out the next day. Everything went great!

Vincent was very helpful. The day I called to get the dryer vent clean...he went over himself and it was done that day. He is also very knowledgable in how the the vent is supposed to work. I would most definietly recommend him to anyone that has any dryer vent issues. He explains things clearly easy to get in touch with and is very dependable.
