+ 0 moreIn each job he took pride in what he was doing and it showed in outstanding workmanship. He did not hesitate to explain what he was doing if asked. One of the tasks involved removing a part of a plaster wall and this was done neatly and the site was kept clean of debris. I would welcome Laury Heating & Plumbing and Sam for any of my heating, cooling, and plumbing needs without reservation.
Description of Work: Laury Plumbing sent Sam to perform work for me on three different occasions. He re-plumbed a new home which had the copper removed by vandals. He cleared a blocked drain that involved re-plumbing the street side access. And he plumbed the kitchen, 3 bathrooms, and a laundry area on two floors of an old plaster home. This last job involved the greater challenge.

Description of Work: New Heating, HVAC, Air Cleaner, & Cont'd Hot Water Heater installed. My mistake requesting to replace my Gas 200 gal Hot Water Heater for the "new continued Hot Water Heating System." My prior Hot Water tank kept my finished basement & heater room nice & warm but now they are much cooler. Cont'd Hot Water Systems seem to be over rated for their efficiency because of the cost of unit & installation. Cost of all Units, Installations, & some Attic insulating & caulking was appox. $20,000. less Fed. & St. of N.J. Energy Rebates of appx. $10,000; therefore financing the bal. over 10 yrs @ ZERO PERCENT Interest!

He did this very efficiently and explain things in a way that a non-HVAC person such as myself could understand. At the same time, he was able to explain things to my husband in terms that I am still trying to figure out. We are definitely getting a service contract with Laury as long as Tyler is the one who comes to our home!!

+ 2 moreThey gave us a good price and the work looks very clean and we are please with it. I highly recommend them.
Description of Work: We replaced our HVAC and hot water heater. Laury didn't cut corners to get us the lowest price. They made sure that our gas lines could handle the new tankless water heater. They showed us guidelines that made it clear we needed to add a new gas line into the house where other companies said we should be fine. With HVAC, it is hard to find pricing online. Some companies I dealt with were shadier than dealing with a car salesman. Laury's salesperson was friendly and honest. He didn't feed me some of the lines the other companies did.

+ -1 moreThe work went well. The exterior faucet had to be replaced but the work had to be done from inside my house on the wall. Sam cut the lower panel, removed the leaking faucet, replaced it with a new faucet and then reapplied the panel and trim perfectly. I was very pleased to see there wasn't any excess damaged done to my interior wall and all looks like nothing had been removed. Job well done!

+ -1 moreThey were professional and on time. They opened the top of toilet and said sorry we do not typically work on these toilets. I have an American Standard flushmate which is pressure assisted. I said OK and the representative goes I still have to charge you for the visit. $90.95 for someone to tell me they can't work on my toilet? Isn't this something they should determine prior to the visit? Will not be using them in the future.
