Laury Heating Cooling & Plumbing

Laury heating came out and did an excellent job in converting our house from oil heat and propane stove/dryer. The lead tech (Jose) was a true professional. He and the crew were on site by 8 everyday and completely replaced the existing heating system.. Jose was meticulous and owned the project from start to finish. I would highly recommend Laury heating for heating and plumbing projects.

He found the problem right away and fixeded it promptly

Matt worked for the entire day performing an in depth cleaning of five indoor and two outdoor units.

Matt was very courteous and competent. He gave tips on how to cover the AC in winter and asked if there had been any issues since his last visit. He removed the top of the AC unit and cleaned well, rinsing it afterward. We have always been happy with Laury service and Matt lives up to the company's good reputation.

The service call went very well. Tyler arrived on time and promptly set to work. He was able to troubleshoot my water heater issue and resolve it as well as performing the air conditioner tune up. I was impressed by his knowledge, quickness & efficiency. I am considering replacing my 10-year old water heater and will certainly reach-out to Tyler & Laury when the time comes.

We were out of power for two days during cold weather and when power was restored we learned that we had no heat or hot water. Even though it was late in the day Friday, Laury Heating responded and arrived on the scene with short notice. They returned Saturday morning to finish the job.

Jeff J. Dug up my septic tank and cleared the inlet baffle. Thankfully the sewer was not backed up, it was clogged from the line in the basement. He knew exactly what to do and how to get my system back on line. The professionalism was very much appreciated and Jeff was very helpful and explained to me what was happening. I will do as Jeff suggested to have my sewer cleaned, to be on the safe side. Thank you so much for sending Jeff, and I always recommend that men like him should get a raise, also my Laury Heater guy, he was excellent, this winter,. Give them both a raise, thank you for employing honest men, like Jeff.

The work was done on time as promised, clean and professional . From sales to installation the crew at Laury were great to work with. Would absolutely recommend to anyone needing this type of work.

Perfect. We have a warranty and service contract with Laury and they ALWAYS deliver. We're glad to have them on our team. All the service people and office staff are polite and courteous. We've had the need to call 2-3 times with an air conditioning or heater problem here and there and they've always been right on time and the repairs made perfectly and without any mess left behind. Laury really stands by their products and their commitment to you. We can count on them and we do. There's no fuss, no muss, no excuses, no "Oh your contract doesn't cover this or that after all". We have used Laury Heating for a number of years now. They installed a new gas heater in our previous home, and made a repair to our heater in our current home. They were the first company we thought of when we discovered a leak in our ceiling. As a rule, they have always been courteous, punctual, very responsive, and charge a fair price.

We had know heat in the house/heat fully restored. E verything was wonderful and professionally handled. We could not have been more pleased.

The crew was excellent. Arrived on time, completed on time, cleaned up, very professional and polite.

Technician arrived on time and was very familiar with our system. He spent 45 minutes making adjustments to and inspecting the heating system and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I was very impressed by the quality of the service and that the technician gave advice on how to get the longest life out our heating system. I would definitely call Lawry to do any repair on my HVAC system and will definitely have them to do a Spring Tuneup on my central air system.

The entire process took less than three weeks, with one visit to quote and one visit to perform the work. Price was good – slightly less than Sears – and it was a very friendly, no-pressure process.

Marty G. was on time. He removed old humidifier - no longer able to get parts. He sealed up all holes in unit and installed new humidifier. He made it look like it was always there since the new unit was bigger and he had to relocate it. Both he and his helper Joe worked well together and cleaned up work area and then showed us how to work unit.

Excellent. James was thorough in everything he did. He arrived on time, and went right to work. He took the gas fired nozzles off for cleaning, and making sure all 6 of them in alignment correctly to ensure proper operational for the entire heating system. I highly recommend him for a service call. He is knowledgeable in what he does, and took time to explain things to me.

As soon as I saw Mr. West I knew I was in good hands and he serviced my unit and haven't had any problems since.
