Dana was professional and very nice. He went above and beyond checking the temperature inside to insure vents were working properly, replacing insulation on tubing and checking thermostats. I would definitely request that he do the work on my heating and air conditioning in the future.

Excellent! He arrive when he said he would, If there's any problem he arrive right away. He installed the AC last summer so there was no problems.

Dana arrived at the site and he immediately began to work on the air-conditioner. He removed the filters and began the cleaning process. He sprayed Evap-Fresh No rinse on the coils and proceeded to clean the filters. He checked the temperature of the air output and reassembled the unit and he made sure that it was in good working form. Dana explained each step and we fully understood what serviced was performed on each of the units. Dana has been out before for other service calls on the heater and each time the service was performed in a fine manner. We always ask for Dana because of the kind of job he does. We appreciate his great work and his professional manner in which he completes the task.

James was excellent! Very professional handled the issue quickly and properly. Side note, worth it to purchase the extended 10 year warranty on any Carrier unit. We are 5 years in and this issue occurred, Laury staff handled everything, didn't cost us a penny. Definitely recommend them!!!

I use this company for my Heating and Air Conditioning but this was my first time using them for Plumbing. Trust i will now go back to them and hopefully they will send Sam back. Highly recommended.

Aaron was very professional and explained everything that he was doing as he went along. Answered all of my questions and let me know what to check for in the future to keep my heater running well. I have used Laury Heating before and I have always had excellent service each time.

Made emergency call, took about half hour to arrive. Aaron found the issue with furnace ignition, explained what he found, made repair. He was very helpful and answered all questions in a friendly manner.

It was great, Dana W. was my service tech. He was prompt, He cleaned and serviced my heater efficiently. Before leaving he cleaned the area he was working thoroughly. and reviewed what he had serviced. Dana took the time to explain there was part in my heater that was worn, showed me the problem and assured me that he would order the part and be back to fix it properly. Prompt response for servicing after quote: Devon (Service Pro) seemed to have total mastery of the equipment and job before him. He was very prompt and efficient during repair. Devon was very personable and knowledgeable answering any and all questions. Respectful and aware of maintaining a clean area.

The tech was polite and on time, he also took the time to explain how the pilot light works. Would definitely hire again.

Dana came and checked out the system and declared that all was operating as designed.

On one of the hottest days of the summer Dana showed up around 7:35 after we called for emergency service. He was able to fix it rather quickly, even in the dark. He came in to double check things were cooling down and was greeted by our cat, who took an unusual fancy to him. He greeted her and let her help. He gave great information about our bill and made suggestions for a refund. Dana was extremely efficient, knowledgeable and friendly and a very welcome sight on this hot evening.

Everything ran very smooth. Once he determined the problem, he had the parts on the truck and proceeded to make the repair. Dana was very friendly explaining what he had done. Tested the unit, making sure everything was working properly. I only have good things to say about Laury and all their techs.

Dana the repair Technician was fantastic, quick with his diagnosis and had it repaired in about 30 minuets.

Dana knew right away that the problem was with the air handler. As it turned out the condensation drip pan had filled up and tripped the over flow switch. PTL for that switch. Dana drained the pan and cleared the drain. All ok now. Thanks for the help. Nice job Dana.
