Description of Work: The worst part of this company is how you are treated on the phone. They refuse to admit when they are wrong, even over the simplest things. The attitude they gave me as a customer was total disrespect. The date of the service is approximate, as I do not recall the exact date of service.

Description of Work: My gas heater would not stay on. He took it apart and cleaned out all the pipes which were full of dust. He explained how the gas works with oxygen and showed me what to do to keep the heater running well. He gave me safety tips as well. Very friendly and professional, seemed to care about my problem.

Description of Work: The installer's took a little longer than they could have, but did an excellent job. The salesman over rated the product he sold me. When I had some problems, the technicians that came out weren't the most knowledgeable and it took quite a while and a few trips to fix the problem.

Description of Work: They came on Sunday to determine problem with Heater. They said it could be the control board or something else. It was very expensive visit, $240, because it was on a Sunday. When they came again Tuesday, they installed the control board, but when I stated if there was a discount, they said yes, a discount coupon, but only through email to there current customers, none for their new customers. I thought that was strange.

Description of Work: We were looking into converting to gas from oil heat because we wanted to replace our heater, water heater, and install a new air conditioning system. The gas company could not accommodate us until February of 2012. Our heater was compromised and we were expecting relatives for Christmas with a newborn and heat was of the utmost importance to say the least. The team at Laury services were very professional, clean, and respectful. They made sure that the carpeting was covered and they were extremely careful not to nick the walls as they removed the dirty oil burner and water heater. The men worked together as a team and I never heard a disrespectful word spoken among them as they worked. This was a very big job but they were able to finish up in two days, knowing it was the holidays and we had company coming. We are very happy with our new heater, water heater and air conditioning system.
