Description of Work: When we built our home 25 years ago, they installed the heating and cooling system. They have maintained our systems ever since and we have a service agreement with them. Service is timely, well done and professional.

Description of Work: We had our heater cleaned. The serviceman arrived when scheduled and completed his work in a timely fashion. We have had a contract with Laury's for a few years and are very satisfied.

Description of Work: Excellent job replacing HVAC system, sealing leaks and upgrading insulation in 100 year old house.

Description of Work: Very expensive for menial repair needs. I allowed them to come for an initial service call $85 and $90/hr for a total of $175 to diagnosis the repair need. The repair needed was a new blower motor and capacitor. They wanted to charge another $520 to make the repair(and the weather forecast was predicting coming cold temps). When I asked why so expensive and for an itemized bill, they said they could not provide and I would have to speak to a supervisor. Had to wait 6hours for a return call. I explained this should be no more than $300/$350. She ran through a barrage of reasons why it was that much. Then she offered to try to find coupon for $50 but never called back. So I purchased the only replacement motor compatible with my heater for $225 and capacitor for $3 and replaced it myself in about 30 minutes. They would have charged overall almost $700 to repair. (The unit when purchased brand new was only $875) I believe they rely on people being at their technical mercy. Sad. I give them an "F".

Description of Work: service hvac and compressor 2x a year and put in new filter and if the system breaks it is repaired and covered by them - I am totally electric . they come very quickly if there is a break down and it is very easy to get a appt. for servicing.

Description of Work: Installed new furnace, central air, tankless water heater, and split AC/HEAT PUMP in sunroom. Some plumbing and gas piping work. Everyone involved from sales, support, and technicians were professional and helpful and genuinely nice people. The work was top quality and beat my other estimates in both price and quality/features of all products. A few months after the installation I did have a problem with the mini split system but it was with a factory component leaking not an installation problem. Laury's responded promptly and repaired it at no cost. I've had zero problems since then. |
