+ -1 moreExcellent. Very professional and courteous. They called when they said they would to let us know how it was going, and had to order additional parts, so it took a day longer than originally expected. They were extremely apologetic but had explained prior to service that this was a possibility, because they wouldn't know about some things until it was apart. Quite frankly, we expected it, so it was no problem.
Description of Work: Clutch, serpentine belt and thermostat were replace, filters and oil change.

Description of Work: They provide us with viable options for our 13 year Honda accord. It needed a new transmission, but they tried inexpensive methods before looking into getting us a new transmission. We decided not to put a transmission into the car and bought a new one. We will highly recommend their services.

+ -1 moreIt went great as I expected. Bill and his crew are excellent and I would not take my car anywhere else. Bill explains in detail what your car needs and all the approximate pricing before he works on it. An honest auto repair place.......can you believe it!!??
Description of Work: My car would not start, and since I had my car repaired there before with great results, I had them tow my car there for repair. He found that my car had a broken cam shaft. Along with the replacement of the cam shaft I would also need a timing belt. My car was repaired and Bill (without having to ask) showed me the original broken cam shaft and explained how the part works in my car. I should add that I live in Pleasantville, more than an hour from Ed's Auto. I have many, many auto repair places around me but still had my car taken to Ed's Auto.
