If you are looking for an exceptional electrical home repair experience, use 24 Seven Home Services. From the moment the tech arrived (which was on-time), I was really impressed by the professionalism. The tech took a look at what we wanted to do (1 new electrical outlet and 1 combo electrical/cable hookup for a TV), provided an estimate (pricing was task based rather than time based), and then went right into performing the job. At the end of the project, everything was exactly as we wanted, cleaned up, and ready to go. I value timeliness and professionalism. If you do as well, then this is the company for you!

Did a great job.

At first I thought the "standard diagnosis" fee was a bit steep. However, my technician, Pat, was so experienced and honest, he fixed three of my "problems" within seconds. And they would have been fixed even if I chose not to hire them. An earlier estimate by a competitor is still pending, but I let Pat repair all my immediate problems on the first visit. So the final bill was very reasonable. Pat did detective work and found out why my dining room chandelier stopped working after 24 years in our home. When he left, we had light. I cannot recommend this company more highly.

On time, Professional, analyzed and resolved the problem. Price was somewhat higher than expected for the scope of the job.

Good communication and follow through

I was extremely disappointed when I was led to believe that the price for the job was $79 plus the cost of parts, unless the job was more involved than what I told them, ( which it wasn't). The tech arrived on time, was very courteous and in 10 minutes confirmed that I had a bad electrical switch and a bad GFI outlet. Then he said it would be $318 for the job. I was shocked. I paid him the $79, went to Lowes and bought both switches for a total of $20 and replaced them both myself in a half hour. It probably would have taken him 15 minutes. Beware. I think they were trying to take advantage.

Service was a little pricey but they were prompt and completed the job. At the final transaction/payment they were a little slick adding sales tax to the bill. 1st we had an signed agreement for a total price 2nd Labor isn't taxable. There was no hesitation in them backing off the sales tax. I think it's probably something they do a lot and most people pay without argument.

Great service. Very professional! Clean, organized and efficient. Did a great job replacing the ceiling fan on my 18 foot vaulted ceiling!
