This company worked with me and did a great job. They did a very good quality job in a good time frame.

The worker arrived at the start of the service window which was perfect for me as I had things to do. He was polite, professional, wore a uniform and placed booties on his feet before entering the house. The whole job took less than an hour and constituted and new fan, motor, and thermostat. everything from scheduling, arrival, professionalism of the worker was great. Only ding for me is I felt price was a little high. Total was $477 and $508 with tax. To me a decent fan and thermostat would be no more than $250. Add labor at even $100 /hour labor and we are at $350, with tax still under $400. I was stuck and needed it done and agreed to price before job started. Would do it again if in same situation. Still think pricing was a bit high.

They need to put proposal in writing before doing the job

they replied quickly and did great work.

Since the work was in my attic and is not as clean as the living area of the house, the workers were careful to put covers over their shoes on coming into the house, removing them while they worked in the attic, then replacing them when re-entering the living area. What this meant was that when the work was finished, we had no cleanup for us.

I had an emergency one weekend, all of the electric in my home was turning on and off by itself. I called 24/7 who came out to my home that same day. They were able to diagnose the cause of the problem and schedule me in for that Monday to repair my ENTIRE breaker box. They put in a temporary main relay so that we could still have electricity in the meantime before the repair was scheduled and they did it at no additional charge. Monday came and the gentleman arrived as planned on time and had everything completed in 2 hours. I will definitely be using them for all my future needs

The entire team we worked with were great from start of the project (just getting quotes) all the way to the end. Any questions we had were answered professionally and quickly. With our busy schedule they accommodated us very well!

If you are looking for an electrical contractor you can stop looking. This company is amazing. I received a call immediately from Matt after going on Home Advisors, and made an appointment the next week. The quote was reasonable for all the work that they had to do which Matt explained in detail . They called before arriving and were on time, the technicians were professional, extremely courteous and knowledgeable and exemplified great teamwork, also answered and questions I had. They did an immaculate cleanup. I recommend them highly.
