Robbins Water Service was absolutely outstanding! Their whole crew knows what customer service is all about. I had the privilege of dealing with Kurt, John and Josh, separately. Each one went over and above to ensure my emergency needs and expectations were exceeded. This is a class company with class personnel. If you're looking for well water service of any kind, this is the place to call. Highly recommended!

Professional work and clean up!! Promptly came to house, reviewed where the well was going to be installed. Sent proposal in timely manner, and started and completed everything within a week or two. We used Robbins for a well years ago when we lived in Shamong. We would recommend ROBBINS Water Service to anyone.

John Robbins made a service call the morning after I called. He examined the pump and pressure tank and determined they were functional. He diagnosed my problem as a leak somewhere in the well piping and valve assembly. He explained our 2 options in great detail, both of which required pulling the piping out of our well. We opted for a new in ground water pump and tank with new piping. He located our well in the front yard in less than 10 minutes (we had absolutely no Idea where it was and neither did the township). He dug 5 feet down and exposed the well head. He then brought in reinforcements, pulled the existing pipes, removed the old pump and tank and installed a submersible pump, new lines and new tank. he started at 8:30 am and was completed by 2 pm. He gave us instructions on flushing the lines to get rid of the chlorine smell. Amazing fast and professional service. Work site was cleaned up, old pump and tank removed. We were absolutely thrilled with the job. He has done work in our neighborhood before. I would enthusiastically recommend Robbins Water Service to anyone. In the 35 years we have lived in this house, the water pump and tank had been replaced twice, each time by our plumber. For this job, i contacted three separate plumbing companies and found that they don't work on water pumps. all recommended getting a well and pump service. We are extremely happy we chose Robbins Water Service.

I had to have a new well drilled in September. Being in the legal field, I know how to do my homework when choosing a contractor. I "interviewed" several other contractors and discovered that a couple of them were one in the same company but posing as separate companies and giving different prices. I contacted Robbins Water Service to set up an appointment to inspect my well and water softener system. Mr. Henry Robbins contacted me and scheduled an appointment right away. Mr. Robbins took the time to explain everything about the well from the failing pump, to the ineffective, outdated water softening system that I had in my house. I appreciated the time he spent explaining to me and my husband that we needed a new well and that before we had a well drilled he would advise a water test. We complied with that and Mr. Robbins was able to determine the appropriate depth of the new well. The new well was drilled and completed within the time frame Mr. Robbins told us. We also had to have a new water treatment/softening system installed as well. We feel that Mr. Robbins and his company provided outstanding service. They did the work efficiently and cleaned up everything very neatly. There was no game playing with prices and quotes like the other contractors. Robbins is an honest company that provides high quality work for a reasonable price. They stand behind their reputation which is hard to find anymore. I would recommend Robbins for your water service needs.

After an unexpected irrigation malfunction, the water softener overloaded and started pushing out rusty water. Having only lived in my current home for less than six months, I was unfamiliar with the water treatment system. My previous home had a lot of water issues and I have used several different contractors that gave me the run-around and sold me on over $10,000 worth of equipment. This service provider gave refreshingly honest answers, did not try to upsell me on equipment or service, was very informative, and generally very friendly and professional. The receptionist who took our emergency call was also friendly, professional and accommodating.

We had problems with water pressure in January 2014. Not sure how old existing well was but it was old. Robbins came out and made adjustments so the pressure was restored. Started to look into replacing well and after several estimates we decided to have Robbins do the work. This is a big project and we relied on Angie's list and personal recommendations to guide our choice. We know people who have used Robbins for their well installations and people who have used Robbins to come in after a well installation has gone wrong. They did a great job from start to finish. Easy to contact, very clear on what to expect, very responsive - a pleasure to work with everyone involved in the project. This is a major project - and they managed it well and took any unexpected bump in their stride. Drilling the new well was Day 1 and installing the new well, pulling up the old well and capping it was Day 2. Everything went on schedule and we are very happy with the new well. Would highly recommend them.

We have used Robbins Water Service for a number of years to service our open loop geothermal system. However when both return wells would no longer process the water into the ground but rather overflowed continuously on the surface it was time to decide whether to drill a third return well or make the investment into a closed loop system. Discussed the options with Robbins Water Service. Also called other service providers but they would not respond after the initial visit. Proposal and design plan from Robbins were very professional. Work was not to start until the fall. When work was started the job kept moving quite well subject to my availability to be at home when access was needed. Quite frankly I did not appreciate the level of excavation work involved, the equipment involved etc. Based on what I could determine the price was on target - not high, not low. The new system is working very well and extremely quiet as well. Below is the email I sent Robbins Water Service a few days after job completion: and quot;Hello John, Kurt, I want to thank you and all of your team for a job well done.Last night it was cold outside and nice and cozy inside.It was great to wake up this morning after a cold night and see NO WATER in swale.T hanks again and have a nice weekend.Best regards.

I called on Saturday and made an appointment for Monday.He arrived on time. This is a old well system but he was able to adjust the pump to restore the pressure. He also made recommendations for different filters. There was also a buildup in the water saver in the faucets and he showed me how to clean them. This is an old well system and he discussed what the options were if it needed to be replaced. I had been concerned that this was going to be a major repair given the age of the pump and well system but was pleasantly surprised the problem could be fixed in one visit and with minor adjustments.

We chose Robbins because of their reputation and longevity in the business. There are many fly-by-night providers in this market. Robbins was extremely professional, and knowledgeable and did an outstanding job. There also tends to be some unscrupulous providers in this business that offer discounted prices. BUYER BEWARE---you get what you pay for and a well is a huge investment. I trust this company and highly recommend them to anyone needing a new well, or having issues with their existing well / pump.

John from Robbins was very helpful and courteous, and a knowledgeable expert in his field. After confirming a bad control box as the main issue within the first few minutes of the visit, he still took the time to carefully test and evaluate the performance of the pump. While on site (on a Sunday!), he also took the time to discuss and ballpark estimate additional well-related projects - much appreciated to help us plan future projects. I look forward to working with Robbins again, when we move forward with those projects.

We chose Robbins Water Service since they do very good work. Always on time. They installed a brand new well for our new house being built. They work fast and diligently. We will continue to use them for our yearly maintenance for this new system. I recommend them for quality work.
