Response from Penn Jersey Paving
(deleted member name), I am so sorry you feel so disappointed with Penn Jersey Paving. We felt that we had great response with you and enjoyed conversing with you and discussing the options for your paving project. Your driveway estimate and packet regarding our company was mailed to your postmarked 06/19/2013 and returned to us by the post office on 06/28/2013. The mailman marked it VAC, vacant, unable to forward. The reason our quote was so high was due to the amount of tree roots we would have to cut through to give you a driveway that would hold up. Tree roots are a very difficult challenge for us, as they will undermine and destroy a driveway if they are not dealt with accordingly. We also quoted you to remove the existing driveway and replacing it with a new one, We hope you are pleased with whomever you choose for your paving project and that you get a quality job from them, but we do not agree that we were unresponsive, as we spoke to your several times, at length, or unprofessional, you did not wish to meet with us or schedule an appointment, Phoebe, our secretary also offered you the option to have a member of our staff meet you at the site to discuss the procedure once you received the estimate to make sure you understood the process. And as far as the mail being undeliverable, that could just be human error. I will re-mail the packet to you at the address on your complaint for you to decide. Our sincere apologies that we did not meet your expectations. Customer satisfaction is our goal and we strive to please everyone that contacts our office. Kitty, office manager, Penn Jersey Paving
