The work was excellent. The driveway looks brand new. We are very pleased.

The ownership is dishonest. After workers came out and reported that the driveway was damaged beyond the scope of repairing through normal patch and sealcoat I declined to have it done. Then one of the owners , Jay Nickolaus called me to say that it could be done and it would give me three to four years more life in the driveway and it would look "great compared to now". I agreed to it. When the workers came back out they HONESTLY told me that they couldn't guarantee the sealant would come up when they blew over it before completion. He also said he couldn't guarantee more than a year on it give the condition of the driveway. I give the worker credit for not wanting to do a job that wouldn't last. Jay then called me irate that I cancelled and hung up on me while I was trying to explain that I need the driveway completely redone. He's clearly dishonest. His workers had great concern about doing the job and when I told him about his workers opinion he basically agreed that he couldn't guarantee me more than a year, which is NOT what he originally told me. So he hung up on me and wouldn't take my return calls.

Jay responded quickly to my voicemail, came out to give an estimate and arrived promptly on the date we scheduled to start the repairs. He was professional, courteous and patient. He took time to answer all my questions, either by phone or email - understanding I was nervous because the previous contractor had done a poor job - leaving two large, unsightly patches which looked like speed bumps. Jay removed the inferior work, meticulously filled the large cracks then applied a patch which evened out the driveway. He filled multiple small cracks and returned about a week later to apply two coats of sealer - which gave the entire driveway a smooth look. Several neighbors asked for his contact information after seeing his work. Very pleased with the outcome.

They returned my call promptly and came out to give me an estimate when they said they would. They performed the work on the day that they said they would. The driveway looks great. So far.., so good.

Great experience- very neat job. Took time to ensure that the asphalt didn't end up on connected sidewalk.
