Prompt arrivals. Good daily communication. Able to make adjustments as needed per my request. What didn't happen was the separate project outside to redo stonework on steps. Discussed and quote given. As of now, they have not returned any of my calls to finish work. No return calls from the spring, and this past fall.

Fleetwood Property Restoration came highly recommended by 2 people with whom I work. Both of my coworkers are very particular and raved about their work. One of them has an historic home for which Fleetwood did extensive indoor and outdoor remodeling. If they were happy I was pretty sure my husband and I would be happy with their work. From the first phonecall we made we were very pleased and impressed with their professionalism. One of the owners promptly returned our call, met with us within a few days and sent us a quote the same week. They gave us start and completion dates. The job was both started and completed on time. A crew of five people worked together to get the job done. They used quality products. We are so happy with the job they did. The entire crew is very pleasant, very easy to talk to, meticulous with their work and very respectful of your property. Each day, before they went home they did a great job cleaning up. They just finished this week and our home looks wonderful. I keep going outside to stare at it. Thanks for a job well done!

A 6 ft piece of trim on my house was coming off and blowing in the wind. The flapping piece was banging against my window and ripped the screen. I called Fleetwood Property Restoration as I had used them before. They came out immediately and IN THE WIND, climbed up to the peak of the roof to remove the piece. He then came back 2 days later with a new piece of trim, painted to match the other trim and replaced it. While up there he also fixed some of my gutters that were pulling away from the house. My kind of guy!!! He said because it was a small job and I am a repeat customer...he only charged me $ 70.00 I had this company also in October of 2014 when they created a living space from existing screen porch. Put up insulated walls, all new Windows, beautiful tongue and groove wood ceiling with a ceiling fan and new outside door. It's now a beautiful sun room!! Size of room....12x24. Cost.....$3900. I love these guys. They are always on time, easy to work with, listen to what I want and get the job done. In and out. No mess, no fuss and when done, everything is clean!! I first called them a few years back when we were expecting the hurricane. My shed roof was leaking really bad and the shingles were flying off. I was afraid I was going to lose my shed. After several calls to different companies I finally called Fleetwood Property Restoration and explained my dilemma. They came out immediately and put a whole new roof on the shed and fixed some of the rotting wood inside from the leak. We beat the hurricane by one day and I still have my shed!!! Yay!! Cost.....$300 Shortly after this I had a water leak outside my house. A huge mess. I called them again and although it was not a problem they could fix, they guided me through who I had to call and what to do. They were such a huge help to me! They didn't have to...but they did!! Awesome guys!!!! They truly are the kind of people I feel so comfortable with to be in my home! Trustworthy, reliable and just plain good hearted!!! Fleetwood designed and built an 16 by 20 foot all season room off the back of my house. It has a cathedral ceiling, skylights, and full glass / scrren window walls. They were punctual, professional, and always cleaned up after their days work. The room is spectacular. While in the house, they also completed smaller jobs (french drain for basement, replacement of my houses main entrance door, and installation of garage door openers; all jobs also done well. I highly recomment Fleetwood property Restoration.

I loved them. I spent about $1500. It was a small job. Once we asked the guy to do something he got it done. He doesn't spend a lot of time doing it. He also cleaned up really well.
