+ -1 moreBill maintains our computer for about $20.00 per month. Most of this service is done remotely. He has caught "Bad Guy's" sometimes before we even new they were there.
Description of Work: We have a 1 year contract with A&O, and we are on our 2nd year.

+ -1 moreMy most recent problem related to some unwanted data on my desktop. I was unable to remove or delete this picture. I sent an email to Bill and the item was deleted within a few hours!
Description of Work: I have a contractt with Bill for less than one year and he has provided wonderful service. He initially took my computer to his office and removed a number of viruses and restored the unit to good working order. I have called him several times with a variety of issues and if he is unable to fix the problem from his office, he will come to the house. This service is provided with a very reasonable monthly service fee.

Description of Work: After moving to a new home and wiring it for Comcast, my computer went down. I had asked friends for help, but finally one recommended Bill McConnell to me. He was prompt and very efficient, locating the problem and solving it in one visit. He spent a lot of extra time talking with me about my system, and how to get the most out of it. Before meeting Bill, I relied on my touble-shooting friends, but knowing about his expertise and fair pricing, I'll call him first to get it done right.
