Description of Work: A flying squirrel had gotten into the chimney and made its way into the fireplace. Ray from Bad Critter came and removed it. On the first day he set traps. When the traps did not work he returned on the second day and removed the flue door and physically remove the squirrel. It had died by this time. He was professional and on time.

+ 0 moreThe provider came back several times at different hours of the day and night and got the job done. It was satisfactory and I would use them again.
Description of Work: Went into the attic and found evidence of squirrels. Placed trap under eves of house. He trapped a squirrel and sealed up openings. When I continued to hear squirrel noises, he returned and placed another trap - catching 2 more. He re-sealed the openings and I have had no further issues.

+ -1 moreHe came and trapped most of the squirrels and removed them. Sealed the hole but there was still one squirrel living in the attic and she reopened the hole. She has opened a hole in the ceiling of my living room now. I called him and asked him to come back out and trap the remaining squirrel and close up the exterior hole with chicken wire but he told me that if he had to come back out he would have to charge me $100. I tried to compromise with him but he wouldn't. I don't feel that he finished the job as there is still a squirrel living in my attic.
Description of Work: Squirrels living in attic. Removed most of them and sealed up the hole.

+ -1 moreThe next morning, Ray came again to check the trap, found it full with a well-fed raccoon that apparently really enjoyed the sardines. Ray then took the raccoon away. No more falling bricks! I suspect she was trying to find a place to have babies. We are very satisfied with Ray's work, and would not hesitate to call him again.
Description of Work: Ray came when called to investigate a raccoon problem- the raccoon was tearing the chimney apart, brick by brick, then throwing the bricks down on the roof. Ray found the gutter the critter was using to get to the roof, then placed a trap near the bottom of the gutter. The trap was baited with sardines. Ray checked the next day, found the trap empty, then re-baited it.
