+ -1 moreThe work was completed in 3 1/2 hours and required the plumber to gain access to the condominium below us. When the work was completed he cleaned up both our condominium as well as the condominium below. We were very pleased with the quality of his work.
Description of Work: We had a leak in our bathroom at our New Jersey shore condominium that was leaking into the condominium below us. The first person I spoke to was a woman named Casey who was very courteous, professional, and accommodating. After a a scheduling screwup which I was responsible for, Casey quickly rearranged her schedule to accommodate us and the plumber arrived at the estimated time they had project. The plumber, who I believe was named Brian, was polite, courteous and professional and he quickly determined the cause of the problem and explained what needed to be done.

Description of Work: They crawled under my home to do a inspection of my plumbing. They replaced the main shut off valve.

+ -1 moreFine. He was prompt, did the repair, tested it, and cleaned up thoroughly. Totally professional. My only concern was the replacement box was much much smaller than the 30-year-old original, leaving a sizable drywall repair (which he told me would be necessary even before he started). And because of the size difference, there was a lot more plumbing required to bring the pipes closer together to meet the new valves. It was a long visit--about 2.5 hours--which made the bill quite a bit higher than I expected. Necessarily so, but still a bit of a shock.

+ -1 moreAfter taking down the drywall and inspecting the area, checking my appliances, etc. they determined the source was actually condensation on an air conditioning duct. They were unable to repair the issue, however, as the company does not work on forced-air HVAC systems. Overall I was pleased with service.
Description of Work: Jason and Brandon came out to identify the source of a leak that was causing water damage to my ceiling and to fix it if possible. They showed up on time and were very professional, working quickly to identify the source of my problem.

+ -1 moreIt turned out awesome. The professionalism from the receptionist to the men who did the job was great. I explained the situation to Linda. She said she would see what she could do about the job that day. She was able to send someone out that day. They had to go up and down the stairs about 6 times, because my brother tried to fix it and broke it more. They fixed it within 40 minutes.
Description of Work: I called him for an emergency toilet repair.
